One Level Living Near Champlin

Looking to avoid the hotel life, have a comfortable private space to yourself that is close to walking paths, restaurants, and grocery stores? Our home is just a mile and a half to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and parks. And less than a mile away from authentic Mexican food, or cross the street and you can grab a famous juicy Lucy from 5-8 Grill. There are a number of trails to walk/bike, and a short drive to Elm Creek Park Reserve. Whether you travel for work, or want your own space while visiting friends or family, this home will give you that calm getaway you're looking for.

Please note we do not currently have central air conditioning. 2 Window a/c units are installed in the warmer months. Pets are allowed, but must be housebroken. Please keep pets off of the furniture, including the bed. Extra kennels and small gates can be provided upon request. Accidents and hair on the furniture will result in an additional fee for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Very nice home

This is a great 1 bedroom house to stay long term. It is very well taken care of. If there is an issue with anything the owners handle it right away. The only annoyance was traffic noise during the day, but night time is very quiet. The kitchen is large with nice ss appliances, the bed is comfy, the TV is large and perfect for binge watching your favorite shows. Good neighborhood too.

Excellent Accommodations

We absolutely loved our stay at this one-bedroom house! Anna and Jared were fabulous hosts in providing a very clean and comfortable home away from home while we were visiting our son, DIL, and new granddaughter for three weeks! It was just the perfect size for us and we were very happy they allow pets so we were able to bring our dog with us. They were extremely gracious and responsive to any questions or communication we had for them. We will definitely stay at their place again! Highly recommend! The only issue we had as it was our first VRBO stay and we do not like having to submit full payment (three weeks) before knowing the exact address of the rental.
