Residential Area Apartment

Clean, cozy, well-stocked, and located in a nice residential area. Good layout for our family of 4. The house is a duplex and we were a little concerned that the neighbors would be disturbed by our kids who are early-risers, but I think it was OK. We had a very nice stay and would stay again.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this little duplex. It was comfortable, clean, and well thought out. Location was great and easy for navigating around Minneapolis. The host was also incredibly kind when I showed up a day earlier than my stay, having messed up my dates.Only minor complaint is that pillows were not the most comfortable but that is personal preference.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. I brought my 13 year old daughter with one of her good friends to celebrate her birthday at the Mall of America. We were really only there for rest. My only issue was the thermostat was programmed at 65 and couldn’t be changed. It was too cold in the house, had to keep my hoodie on all the time and this was not very comfortable for me.

Great location

My wife and I booked this spot due to it’s proximity to family we were visiting. We were able to walk back and forth during our visit. The place was great. Very well designed and with all the amenities you’d expect. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

MN vacation

This rental is very clean and has great updates. There was plenty of supplies, bedding, and towels. The beds were comfy and each bedroom has a tv. There was plenty of space for our family of four and the house is close to many of the tourist sites.

Immaculate, well-equipped house. Very close to excellent running paths (if you’re into that kind of thing). We have a son at the U and will likely book this place again.

Great little spot!

The location was absolutely amazing. Easy to walk along the river road, lovely and quiet. It's on a bus route, but other than the bus going by, very little traffic. Bus isn't noticable at night. Living room is small, but we didn't need it any bigger. There is a wee kitchen table with two chairs, which we were very happy about (not visible in the pictures). We brought an extra folding chair so we could play cards games. Overall, a nice little spot! Would stay again.

Perfect for campus visits

We took our high school student on campus visits at UofM and Augsburg and this was the perfect location to stay. The heated bathroom floor was a bonus! Thin walls between us and the attached duplex but no worse than a hotel room. Very clean and well appointed. Parking was on the street with plenty of spaces.

Great place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood

We really loved staying here - plenty of room, clean, quiet, and well stocked with amenities. It’s in a cool neighborhood with walking trails and near parks and cafes etc.. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again when we’re headed back to Minneapolis!

A great place to stay!

I booked this property knowing little about the neighborhoods in the Twin Cities, and we struck gold. Central to most everything we wanted to visit, quick drive to grocery stores, coffee and the blue metro line.
