Bathroom sink plugged, bed linen and pillows smelled very dirty!!!!!!!

Rooms where awesome

Beautiful hotel. Location was perfect for bars and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely stay there again when I’m back in town.

Only 2 pillows. Tv remote didn't work. Room heat/ac didnt work properly. The pictures dont match the hotel. The parking garage was a mess. Not enough parking a hand to park across the street and pay over 25$

Room was nice enough, until I noticed broken glass in the carpet after I picked up a piece in the bottom of my foot. Called the front desk and explained the situation, assured that house keeping would be up shortly to take care of it. We left at 1030 am in search of tweezers, safety pin or sewing needle to remove the glass from my foot as they had nothing to offer. Returned to our room at 8 pm only to find glass was still there. Called the front desk again and was told there is no house keeping at that time, just gonna have to deal, supposedly by the manager. Not happy, would not recommend this place.

Great stay! Clean and comfortable rooms. Quick check in! Only complaint is lack of parking but that was under construction so free pass! Will stay here again in the future.

The property was nice for the price. Room was clean and was a good size. Beds were comfy and was very pleased with the amount of towels as i feel we usually have to ask for more. Only negative things were the hallways had alot of random paper/trash all weekend and there were alot of loud neighboring rooms.

Property location was great for the two events we were in town for. However I realized that the parking ramp was under renovation, but it was ridiculous how people were parking. I'm unsure if the hotel was even monitoring the parking ramp - someone parked a Uhaul next to my vehicle! Cleanliness of the building was lacking as well.

Parking garage mostly under construction, luckily we got a space for our overnight stay. No regular coffee pods available. No literature in the room about the area or places to eat.

Was a great place in downtown close to many aptions for eating and shopping needs. Great staff very friendly

I will never stay here again and would not recommend this property to anyone. Lobby and elevators were unkept. People with mental health issues and homeless people kept entering the lobby of the hotel. Trash and discarded masks laid at the entrance for 2 days. No washcloths or towels in my room when I arrived. Staff told me I had to wait for housekeeping to come into work when I called down for them. Heating/AC unit had to be shut off by staff because it made so much noise during the night. Hotel to accommodate a few hundred people only had parking for about 50 cars. Horrible experience and I want my money for the stay refunded!!!

Front desk and security were amazing. So nice and helpful.

We ask to place in a room that face downtown instead we go a room that face parking a lot. They move to even worst room

Easy 20 minute walk to Target Field. The Hotel was doing construction on the parking garage and it was very difficult navigating the ramps!

Staff at front desk were great. Responsive. The parking ramp was terrible. The windows were really dirty and obstructed the great views. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet. It was too bad the bar and restaurant were not open, but understandable due to many reasons during this time. Really good location.
