The paint was chipping in the bathroom. The heat was not able to be adjusted. It was either too hot or really cold. The beds were not comfortable.

Front Desk wasn't helpful enough with info pertaining to hotel extremities. Would have like to have know about the Skyway.

Best complimentary breakfast I've ever experienced in any hotel. I had the option of eating in the restaurant or using room service. The food was wonderful. The housekeeping staff honored my "do not disturb" sign. No knocking on the door asking if I wanted cleaning. However, as soon as I left and took down the sign they cleaned my room. I appreciated having a good local newspaper rather Tha USA Today.

everything is OK. If there is a buff breakfast, it is better to me.

Had a great stay, the staff was friendly but when I checked in the receptionist seemed to be rushing and doing other things at the same time so my key didn't work and I had to come back down, she didn't tell me the password to the wifi. The room was nice, mostly clean the tub looked a bit stained and the outlets close to the bed were non functional. Overall it was a good experience.

It was really good, service, staff, clean and helpful people.

The hotel gave me a room that was already occupied --that was weird!!! Then they gave me a different room on the same floor (ummm, I really didn't want to run into those people again); they should've offered to take off my parking fee or something. Geeez- Louise.

Attending a wedding at downtown hotel. Parking was tight, no elevators from parking ramp to hotel. Not so good for seniors. Staff very efficient. Room was alright but nothing special for over $200. Could not figure out air conditioning and there was no helpful directory in the room.

The hotel is a pretty good place overall. Plan to walk 1/2 to 1.5 miles to Target or U.S. Bank Fields, to the light rail or to some restaurants and bars. The carpeting is probably from the '80s or '90s, but the overall appearance is good. 2 free business center computers that allow you 30 minutes of use and a table top printer.

We booked through the hotel for our 2nd night stay and when we arrived they couldn't find our reservation. Just said we were out of luck for our second night which was very frustrating. Later that night another front desk person said they had the reservation and it was just under "matt" instead of "matthew." All that worry from their error! The room was warm and wouldn't cool down from 78 degrees without maintenance coming up.

Dogs not allowed. Put us in a bind. Otherwise very nice stay

Very disappointed that their was No! Continental Breakfast. For anyone traveling and paying for comfort, this should be a given!!!

Loved the location of the hotel - could easily walk to great restaurants and Target (which is always convenient). The staff was phenomenal. From providing great dinner recommendations to going out of their way to help me with little items that I'd forgotten and helping me get access to a freezer - the service was top notch. The room itself was great - comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax.

Passable hotel next to the Minneapolis Convention Center. Business travelers should look elsewhere. Friendly staff are under cut by the facilities: 1) loud ice equipment; 2) oddly placed emergency exit doors that would be difficult to locate in a fire (and too easily confused with the door to housekeeping); 3) no shelf next to the shower; 4) small rooms relative to the competition; 5) no way to turn off the nightlight in the bathroom; 6) marginally acceptable water temperature; even during off-peak hours; 7) elevators have controls only on the left side; 8) no receipt under the door at checkout; 9) too many light switches and not enough light; 10) no shuttle; a mile from (excellent) light rail.

I LIKE THAT A HOTEL CARD WAS NEEDED TO ACCESS CERTAIN AREAS OF THE HOTEL

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The wedding event coordinators went out of their way to make my friends large wedding run very smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel!

Clogged sink. Narrow old showers. Room picked up not cleaned between nights.

Stayed at the Millennium early in the week. Not a very friendly great from the desk person upon arrival. Hotel was clean, room was clean, and comfortable. Bar service was unexceptional. I've stayed at much less expensive with much, much better service. Not a very welcoming staff.

Upon check-in, was told there was no room service for 2 days. I had specifically picked this hotel for location and room service/restaurant (it was closed also). No apology or anything when I expressed my dismay. Had requested quiet room if possible; room was on front of hotel facing construction. Heater in room made noise like a bus idling outside. Impossibly loud. Had to shut it down and freeze. This hotel caters to conference people, not normal guests. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Very nice, additional fees here and there, comfortable but they control the AC/Heat so it was too warm for us to sleep.
