I LIKE THAT A HOTEL CARD WAS NEEDED TO ACCESS CERTAIN AREAS OF THE HOTEL

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The wedding event coordinators went out of their way to make my friends large wedding run very smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel!

Clogged sink. Narrow old showers. Room picked up not cleaned between nights.

Stayed at the Millennium early in the week. Not a very friendly great from the desk person upon arrival. Hotel was clean, room was clean, and comfortable. Bar service was unexceptional. I've stayed at much less expensive with much, much better service. Not a very welcoming staff.

Upon check-in, was told there was no room service for 2 days. I had specifically picked this hotel for location and room service/restaurant (it was closed also). No apology or anything when I expressed my dismay. Had requested quiet room if possible; room was on front of hotel facing construction. Heater in room made noise like a bus idling outside. Impossibly loud. Had to shut it down and freeze. This hotel caters to conference people, not normal guests. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Very nice, additional fees here and there, comfortable but they control the AC/Heat so it was too warm for us to sleep.

A very nice and clean hotel. I will stay there again when visiting Minneapolis.

Stayed here for 4 days for a Vikes game Hotel was excellent. The staff was super friendly and cabbies were always outside ready to take ya anywhere around city for ride throughout city of Minneapolis. Construction makes for some inconvience but hey they got jobs also!

Ongoing construction adjacent to hotel and street beggars nearby hotel.

Construction on the Mall made it hard to access this place. (A note with the confirmation email offering directions would have been so useful. Clean, upscale decor, comfortable enough. Desk attendant disinterested, bordering on rude. May have been trying to be "upscale" too--but this is still the midwest. Be fully human. There's nowhere to park on the street, of course, but on top of a healthy room charge , guests also pay for parking. Good value for convention goers who fly in. When I'm driving, I'll probably look to stay elsewhere in the future.

I absolutely loved it... AMAZING I will be staying there again for sure

The breakfast was to expensive and you had to pay for coffee. Coffee should be free !!!! Coffee is free at a car.

There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel which made it difficult to find the entrance. Otherwise the hotel was nice, comfortable. Wish they had more towel bars, hooks for clothing and makeup mirror.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The construction outside the hotel is a bit inconvenient but the location offers a good selection of places to eat.

It was great. We had supper at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. All employees were nice and talkative. The price was great for being on a Saturday night stay. I will use again for sure and tell all my friends about this hotel.

Everything was good and clean. Maybe the room service was a tad expensive for the quantity of food you get.

Good location connected via skywalks to conference center. Professional and friendly staff. Comfortable room.

They didn't have a valet service. Also not helpful on where to park a large vehicle. Very disappointed but nice place and good value.

We picked this hotel thinking that it would be great to walk around at night. Loring Park is within walking distance and so are many great places to eat. Stores do not stay open late in this area so that was a little disappointing. First, parking... The lot is well thought out. However if you have a bigger car, it may be a little hard for the turns. Newer signs would be good. When we checked in, the Front Desk was helpful and friendly. We were in our rooms within 10 minutes. Our room was a great size. Clean and neat. Bed was comfy. Bathrooms were clean. Not a lot of water pressure in the shower though... Would have preferred a little more pressure. But I get it with trying to save on water costs. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants. But the bar area looked nice.

We were in town moving our daughter just a few blocks away. The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. However, the prices for parking and food were extremely expensive for what you got.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback! We work hard to make sure each guest has a great experience and apologize that we missed the mark with your stay. Construction is going on in the downtown area, but for the most part has moved on from our hotel and more towards downtown Minneapolis. I am sorry about the Food and Beverage hours and will look into it. Thank you for choosing us and hope that you give us another try next time your in town.

GW, Thank you for taking time to give us feedback. We are happy you found our staff excellent during your stay. The construction is city wide and we expect great results in preparation for the Super Bowl in 2018. I have forwarded your suggestion about earlier hours in the Club Lounge as well as your concerns about our local. We appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your stay.

Thank you for your review. The construction does make it difficult but we are exited for the end result planned for 2018. I apologize for the aloof attitude of the front desk and will address this with them directly. Thank you for choosing us for your latest trip and hope you give us another try in the future.
