Over all it was good, but during the 5 nights that we stayed, there were 2 nights when I came back to the room, and there were no towels, shampoo, or soap

The hotel was nice, clean, and staff was friendly. The free breakfast was very disappointing and the time for the breakfast is very limited. Biggest complaint, also heard from other patrons.

I was a little skeptical about how my experiences with hotel staff would be, considering some of the reviews I'd read before my visit. To my surprise the employee working the front desk during my check in was extremely polite and genial! My room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfy, house keeping was friendly and accommodating during my stay. Definitely worth the money and I would stay here again, being that it is so close to the airport and MOA.

I am a business traveler Andy just just need a place Tobis sleep 7 hours and clean up. This is just fine.

The room smelled of mold and the AC didn't do too much cooling. The room was much as it was advertised as to beds, sofas, TV. NICE little food prep area! The breakfast needs some upgrading without spending too much money -- fresh bakery stuff and a variety of fruit. The juice dispenser didn't feel like working correctly either. It is nicely close to stores and as mentioned VERY close to the airport with the free shuttle service.

I've been traveling quite a bit lately and in comparison with all included amenities, I was disappointed in the Microtel. Room was small which makes sense, but the breakfast was almost not existent. I have payed the same amount during peak times of the year at different hotels and had a much bigger breakfast offered. All Wyndham hotels I've previously stayed at blew me away with their breakfast which made their price seem worth it. This hotel is not in "prime" location but isn't too far from the MoA. The staff was not helpful when asking about transportation and only one person could be in the system so we waited while the guy was on the phone and the other said sorry he's in the system. The place needs some upkeep, but wasn't falling apart totally. I personally would not stay there again. We definitely got screwed in the price.

The hotel is clean but I always have plumbing issues which gets tiring and annoying.

Plumbing leaks from my room prevented me from using my bathroom as I would have liked. The management was pushing to get me out of my room early to fix things and when the issue was brought up for some sort of compensation, he just shrugged. Additionally, the adjacent room, 206, had fights in it for two days and someone tried to force the door twice. Again, the manager just shrugged when this was brought up. The breakfast area was sparse and the juice machine was broken for two days. To reiterate, the staff was good. It was management that make this whole experience awful. If you pay in advance, they do not care.

Isn't worth the money. Won't be going back a second time

Busy little hotel for one person to run! He was pleasant and we appreciated the quick ride to the airport and back. See why it's called MICRO-- very tiny room but fit the bill!

I have been to other Microtels and have had a much better experience. This particular hotel experience began with a bad smell. The lobby, the upstairs hall, and our room all had a bad odor. We put the a/c setting on fan and things improved with the air quality. There were stains on the cushion of the window seat area..big stains. The beds were comfortable however, with good pillows and mattress support. The shower was good on the water pressure but the bathroom itself was showing its age...missing chunks of grout and chips in the sink, for example. The wallpaper was peeling off in areas and this is probably because the fan system didn't really work to clear the steam and humidity out. The place just needs an update and better ventilation. As we walked over to the Denny's restaurant next door, the outside area was trashy with an overturned Walmart shopping cart and all kinds of garbage surrounding the hotel. It wouldn't take much to clean up the outside but it didn't seem like anyone took the time to do it.

WE were told that we could walk to nearby restaurant but to be careful as it was slippery. They have a door leading to a close restaurant, but you have to walk down a dangerous slope, which was covered with ice and snow. There were no steps, no rail, and it hadn't been salted or sanded. I came very close to falling down.

We booked on orbitz and got to the hotel and we're told it's only free park n fly if we book their package.. which also was $70 more a night.

This hotel is close to the mall of america and waterpark of america. The rooms were nice and clean, but it's obviously not a radisson or Hilton. Nice hotel for those on a budget.

The only critique is that the room was rather small and stuffy.

everything was as I expected it to be this was my 2nd stay with Microtel,so I would recommend it to anyone,my family was also please,Robinsonville,MS was my first stay.

Their airport shuttke was a cab company i had to call, who were rude! Walked into the front door and immediately smelled poop... the lobby slightly resembled the photos online.. unfortunately they only had a smoking room available... thought it was illegal to smoke indoors, must not be a national law. The room smelled like an ashtray, smoking room so I assumed some stench but this was a whole other level! Burn marks on the bedside table, bed stunk, holes in a few of the yellow stained walls just a few examples..Had to get a candle, febreeze and open the window to somewhat deal. Stained towels and sheets. Even the shower curtain smelled like it had been soaking in nicotine. Pretty sure even a smoker would be disgusted!! Not at all worth the price! Plus side.. The front desk lady was nice and they didn't have any bed bugs..

Stayed 4 nights. 1st night we put the do not disturb sign on door & latched the top latch on the door. Good thing we latched it. Around 9:00 the next morning someone tried to walk in but because of the latch it only opened a couple inches then got slammed back shut. Sounded like they were breaking down the door. When we left about an hour later the cleaning lady was just down the hall. Wife told her we only needed towels & no other cleaning. She replied "No Comprende". Apparently she couldn't read either or didn't no what the do not disturb sign meant. 2 days later we came back from the Denny's next door & got about 4 candy bars out of the vending machine. All were completely melted. Showed them at desk & they asked "Well do you want a refund?" Had to put them in bucket of ice before we could eat them.

Hotel rooms are out dated but clean Staff was very nice and helpful.

i became underwhelmed with this property immediately when the front desk clerk decided that watching the lobby tv was more important than checking me in. After awkwardly standing at the counter with bag in hand for what seemed like an eternity, a couple well placed throat clearings finally dislodged her from the tv. Next, the room was horrible. The curtain looked like it had been through a fire and the opaque part was full of quarter sizes holes. I could see that a vacuum was at least brought into the room, but those pesky corners and floorboards quickly outmatched it. I found a receipt and a used napkin under the table. The piece de resistance was the fact that when the upstairs bathroom used their sink/shower/toilet the water dripped down the back side of the wall behind the headboard. There were obvious signs of water damage that were simply painted over. I would have a definite concern of mold behind those walls. I stay at microtels and other Wyndham properties frequently, but I will never ever stay at this property again.
