Esta casa moderna totalmente renovada, grande, abierta y llena de luz será un lugar de reunión fantástico para familias, amigos, colegas o cualquier otro grupo grande.

La casa cuenta con 4 + dormitorios, 3 de ellos equipados con vestidores y baños privados de tamaño completo. Otro medio baño fuera de la sala de estar principal proporciona acceso para invitados y visitantes.

We loved staying in this house with my senior parents and teenage daughter. So much value and room for the price, as compared to hotel prices for the same dates. Lovely neighborhood, very convenient to the Convention Center (less than a mile, we walked there for the event we were in town for several times). Perfect for multiple families, especially those preferring a common place to gather plus many secluded rooms if people need privacy or quiet time. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Hosts were very prompt in their responses. We would definitely stay here again.

A Minneapolis weekend

The house has a fun lay out to explore. There was tons of space. We all appreciated the cleanliness. Location was excellent! We did uber downtown but it is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Family wedding trip

The property is very large with lots of room for people to spread out. We had a large group and it never felt crowded. Lots of steps, but bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor if steps were a problem. Location was very close to the wedding venue, which worked well.

Great house for a VRBO

We had a great stay. The house is set up great to use for big groups. We loved having so many bathrooms. Decor is a little quirky but had everything we needed! Would rent again if we ever have the need.

Amazing spot!

This place is amazing for a friend get-together. I had folks in town from all over the country and beyond and everyone had a place to sleep! The layout of the house is really fun, too. Location was great for getting food delivered, walking to restaurants, etc. I'd love to come back!

Unique layout with tons of space

This location is real nice being between Uptown and Downtown Minneapolis. There is more space than you’ll need and is a real fun place to hang. Getting in was easy and the two driveway parking spots were handy.

Eclectic and perfect for a group of friends

This house was perfect to host a three night birthday party for 14 adults from around the country. We could take advantage of the city and lakes as well as just stay in and play party games.

Just what we needed

The location of the house was convenient for freeway access, it was close to downtown and was perfect for our group. The host was very responsive and helped out where needed. The place was nice, but, clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home.

Great Stay!

Our whole group frequently commented on how lucky we were to have this rental. It easily fit our three intergenerational families. The kids enjoyed the lower level and the adults spread out on the top two levels. The kitchen was outfitted with all that we needed. We also loved the ease of walking to the local grocery store and LOVED the local bakery Black Walnut. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back again!

Great space close to downtown!

The house was perfect for myself and coworkers while in town for a convention downtown. Space was clean and everything was as described except for a lack of washer and dryer. No complaints otherwise.

Great property for large groups!

We had a group of 12 friends gather here for a weekend together and we were very impressed with the property. It was large, clean, and well located for easy access to downtown. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and enough beds, couches, and futons for everyone to have a place to sleep. The host was communicative and quick to reply, and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. Great experience overall and I definitely recommend it if you have a larger group!
