Hot water didn’t work in the first room, the switch was easy, no real complaints. Both rooms felt spacious. Breakfast looked better than it tasted. Coffee was good (glad I brought my own cream).

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Liv Inn Hotel. This was not a comfortable or welcoming stay from the moment I arrived. First, the Wi-Fi was unsecured, which made it impossible for me to safely work during my stay. The office chair in the room was broken, adding to the overall discomfort. Additionally, the hotel was advertised as having a pool and hot tub, but neither was available. That was misleading and one of the reasons I chose this property. The front desk staff was not welcoming, and when I raised concerns about the condition of the room and the inaccurate amenities, they simply told me to call Expedia for any refund since the booking was made through them. There was no effort to resolve the issue on-site. When I contacted Expedia, I was transferred back and forth and kept on hold for nearly an hour. After escalating to a manager, I was offered only a $25 credit, which did not address the fact that I did not stay the second night and was highly dissatisfied with the first. I never received a proper resolution or meaningful customer service from either the hotel or Expedia. I expected accountability and a fair refund for the night I didn’t stay and for the misrepresented amenities. Instead, I was left frustrated after spending over an hour and a half trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled professionally. Very disappointing experience overall.

This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel, however my room smelt like an ashtray. Mold on the bathroom walls, and stained white towels. I always check the mattress for bed bugs, no bugs. Just bodily fluid stains, hair, and burn marks from cigarettes. I was absolutely mortified. I left immediately. My night away from kids, turned into a nightmare. With all that being said, Cindy the manager was very helpful and accommodating.
