Overall, the hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the construction around the hotel.

The stay was nice I think the environment was cozy, but the fridge in my room did not work nor did the table lamp. Overall the stay was nice and the staff was accommodating to our needs. The breakfast with reservation was very helpful as well. I think it was a nice stay.

The staff was very pleasant at any time of the day. This is my second stay here and the treatment is always the same. Great!

Could hear traffic all night and people using their bathrooms.

Staff was very friendly. Nice amenities. Didn't like that we had to pay extra ($5 per person round trip) for the shuttle service, I feel it should be included in the hotel cost.

We loved the hotel and were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff.

Excellent stay would recommend again for anyone that needs a close place with kids.

We were surprised to be charged $15 for overnight parking. We were at a wedding reception until about 10:00pm, and when we returned to the hotel, all of the parking was taken. Had to park in a restricted area.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Drawback was parking lot was overfull when we came back from our concert and had to park in lot next store. But Embassy Suites made it right by taking off parking cost off bill. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Ate @ hotel restaurant and they only had two vegetarian options for food choices which could be expanded upon. Otherwise great stay and we will book again. Breakfast was awesome with many food choices.

Excellent location for the St Paul Urban Marathon and Foo Fighters concert. Shuttle driver was great!

The hotel is very nice and the free breakfast was great!

Family trip mixed with doctor's appointment. This hotel always meets our expectations.

Very nice room quite spacious and bed very comfortable. The staff is pleasant and accommodating and the made to order included breakfast is tops!

Beautiful place! Wonderful breakfast <3 Great staff :)

Oh. My. Goodness. You're staff went so far above my expectations I was BLOWN AWAY! From the sweet waitress who cheerfully accommodated my picky requests to the hardworking breakfast cook who WOWED us with his ability to rock out delicious custom orders with speed and a smile. The whole place was charming and picturesque while keeping a modern and clean-no, spotless feel! LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY!!! :) thanks! We will be back.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2014 for the TC Marathon. The hotel was walking distance to and from the finish line. The hotel offered sack breakfast for all runners. Very nice touch. I always enjoy Embassy Suites. The only bad thing about this Embassy Suites is it is a bit older than others, otherwise a great stay. We will stay again!!

The hotel was alright. The room was clean, but could definitely use a remodel. Peeling paint, old and uncomfortable furniture, musty smell. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was good, happy hour drinks were a nice upside, but the food from the pub could have definitely been better. The free shuttle was nice, except they were a half hour late picking me up on two different occasions. Paying $15 a day for parking there was a bit ridiculous too for how much it cost to stay there.

Very clean and classy. Made to order breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I stayerd there 3 night and started to get a rash after the first night.

Let me begin by saying that I am in no way shape or form a clean freak. I keep an average home, filled with children's toy everywhere.etc. Let me also preference these comments with the history of my very first job when I was a young teenager was cleaning hotel rooms. I know small signals that tell you whether a room was cleaned or not. (New toilet paper roll) This room, bathroom and kitchen specifically, was absolutely disgusting! We arrived around 4:30pm Saturday for a 1 night stay. We had plans that our travels caused us to be running late for. When we arrived I used the restroom immediately, and while in there I noticed that there was hair (some long, some short and very curly) were all over the floor, sink, bath tub, and after further looking around on the kitchen counter near the coffee pots. It was so significant that I could easily count 20-30 hairs in 5-6 places around the bathroom. Someone must of been staying there for a week and not have cleaned. I also noticed things that led me to believe that this bathroom was never cleaned before we arrived. (very little left on the toilet paper roll, shower that was 1/2 wet and hair on the walls, urine all over the floor behind the toilet... gross!) I immediately called and very nicely spoke with a very nice lady at the front desk who asked me if we wanted to move rooms. I told her we were in a really big hurry and needed to leave for the event that we were in the area for. She asked if it would be satisfactory to have some re clean. I said absolutely! We returned later that evening to the hotel. I immediately wanted to check to make sure that our room had been re-cleaned, and it had not. The same hair was in the same locations, the urine was still on the floor and all over the side of the toilet, and even the hair in the bathtub and kitchen counter. I could tell someone had been in there because the toilet seat was lifted up and cleaned. I took pictures before and afterwards and I just seemed to notice more after we returned. I brought the pictures to the front desk gentleman who was SO nice (all of the staff was wonderful!) and he said "that is absolutely disgusting. I will put a note in your file and talk to the manager in the morning" Unfortunately they were sold out, so they couldn't give us a new room. Again, the staff was wonderful. They reimbursed us for our room in the morning, but personally as a relocation counselor in the area I will never recommend that anyone stays here.
