The home has charm and personality in spades, and the lakeside location couldn’t be better. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom were well appointed, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the secret lounge! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we’re visiting the area.

Fun three days in this charming home. One of the most beautiful locations we have stayed at with a lovely park and the Lake Michigan shoreline right across the street.The Bayview Heaven was super clean, well stocked and had a great bathroom. Very comfy bed. The neighborhood was gorgeous and had many fun restaurants. We really enjoyed the beer garden in the South Shore Park across the street.

Really nice accommodations and convenient location. The Saturday farmers market was right across the street: great to walk around, but wasn’t able to park nearby until well after it wrapped up (noon). Would stay at this property again. Thanks!

Vintage Bayview Heaven on the Park w/Secret Lounge

This is a fun and interesting place to stay! The location is excellent across from the lake with a large park and very safe area. The house has a beautiful kitchen and updated bathroom with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The living room and bedrooms are full of fun and interesting decor. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great! It was a very warm weekend but the home was very comfortable and very welcoming when we walked through the door. The big surprise is downstairs and very fun and guaranteed you will remember this place. It is very well laid out and very relaxing. I would recommend this place if you looking for a fun and unique stay!

Unique Property in a great neighborhood

What a uniquely decorated place that had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here across from a lakefront park. The porch was our go-to favorite. Lots of good restaurants within a short drive.

Weekend with Family

This is an interesting and comfortable house with all the amenities you would want. The fun basement space was a great place to relax and share a glass of wine. We took advantage of the park across the street and walking paths every morning and evening. It is located in a very safe and walkable neighborhood - I would recommend, and plan to book again in the future.

Great location and a fabulous place to stay

Fantastic location, clean, well appointed with comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated and has a very nice porch to relax and enjoy the views. Can’t beat the location to get around Milwaukee. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful, unique place! The pics don’t do it justice!

When I book a VRBO or a hotel room, I always worry that I’ll arrive and be disappointed. Maybe it won’t be clean or up-to-date, or the bed will be uncomfortable, or it will be noisy or the parking sketchy. This Bay View condo did NOT disappoint! Here are a few reasons: 1. Clear and friendly communication from the host, Adam. 2. In a quiet, neatly-manicured neighborhood. 3. A few steps from a large dog-friendly park! 4. 2-block walk through the park to Lake Michigan with a beach and a view of the Milwaukee skyline! 5. Super clean and tidy. 6. Interesting (we would even say exciting!) furnishings. A well-curated, mcm/Victorian/African eclectic blend. It is not overdone or crowded. 7. Beds extremely comfortable tempur pedics. Pillows super comfy as well. 8. Quality window treatments for privacy and a darkened room in which to sleep. 9. Super nice that there is an Nespresso machine and assortment of pods ready to go for that first morning. 10. You must see the fabulous, moody lounge to believe it! I used to tour in an alternative rock band and it reminded me of some of the private swanky backrooms reserved for the musicians and VIPs. Really big too! I counted seating for 22. There are many more positives I could add to this review (like the convenient well-lit parking), but I think you get the idea. This is a quality VRBO that we give a ringing endorsement!
