The Cozzy House is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from the Medical College, Froedtert Hospital, 2 minutes from the State Fair Ground and the Milwaukee Mile Race. The National Petit Skating Center, 4 minutes from Miller Park Stadium,10 minutes from Downtown Milwaukee, close access to the highway.
The Cozzy House its a 3 bedrooms, bungalow style home, main level is a living room its a sofa bed, dining room, 4 seasons enclosed porch with the main entrance to the house, bathroom, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, brand new style kitchen with new electric stove, new microwave hood, fridge and dishwasher, the second level its a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed, and the 3Er bedroom with 3 twins size bed, Its a stairs from the main floor to the side door and basement. The basement with brand new washer and dryer, the long driveway can comfortably fit 4 cars with a side entrance to the house. It's a back yard to enjoy it

clean and cozy
This is a 1920s story and a half with 2 br on top and one main br off the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer work well. The kitchen is updated and the AC works great, the host is easy to get in touch with, but we had everything we needed.. Everything was clean and it looks like recently painted.

Ryder Cup
Friends and I enjoyed staying for a quick weekend trip while we went to the Ryder Cup. House was conveniently located near downtown and the Interesting for quick access to get where we needed to go with little traffic. House had all the accommodations we needed and was clean and well kept.

Family Stay for Ryder Cup
This property was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of off-street parking however we were still very close to stores, restaurants, and downtown. We would definitely stay again.
