The space is very spacious and is located on the 3rd floor of a charming apartment building with no elevator.
Heat/AC
The heat runs at the same time building wide through radiators. There is no thermostat. To adjust how much heat comes out of the radiator, turn the knob clockwise (less heat) or counter clockwise (more heat). Please note that in mild temperatures the heat will not run very frequently due to reaching the set temperature. There is ac window unit installed in the warm months.
Parking
We do not offer off street parking. There is free street parking nearby the apartment or you can purchase off street parking through a 3rd party company such as SpotHero. If you do parking on the street, you will need to register your car for night parking with the City of Milwaukee (between 2 am and 6 am) every night except Saturday night (technically Sunday morning) and holidays.
Kitchen
We have basic cooking utensils that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up before checking out. There’s also coffee and a coffee maker. There is a dishwasher for you to use with soap underneath the sink.
Living Room
This living room comes with 2 couches and a smart TV. There are also board games. Additionally there is a dining table with 6 chairs.

There are 2 twin beds and 1 trundle twin bed. The 2 twin beds have fresh linens. If you wish to use the trundle bed, fresh linens are located in the the hallway closet.
