Wonderful experience. Hotel staff was above and beyond. Many choices at free breakfast. Place was clean and staff pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to everything downtown. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The room size was great and worked well for our needs. The hotel is a little dated but well taken care of. The staff all seemed kind and friendly. The breakfast and kickback were a nice bonus. Our room was right on the elevator hallway and the parking garage was right outside our windows so it was a bit noisy but with a sound machine we slept fine. The trip from the car, through elevators, down a hallway, through more elevators and another hallway can be long so plan for extra time whenever leaving the hotel. Parking is a bit pricey but not out of the norm for downtown. Parking is valid through 5pm checkout day so that is nice if you have anything else to do in the area.

Horrible experience!!! My car along with 3 other cars got broken into at the parking lot that the drury hotel has hotel guests pay to stay in!!! They did absolutely nothing to make it right. Nichole the front desk manager was rude and not accommodating whatsoever. I would never recommend ANYONE to stay there.
