It was an amazing experience. All of the staff were extremely friendly! Special shout out to the lovely woman at the front desk who helped me with my check in and Jarvis was so amazing at the bar. 10/10 would recommend coming here!!

I had a missing light switch in my room- meaning I could not turn off the light. The switch did not have a cover on it- it was just missing.I had to unscrew the light bulb to make my room dark. The breakfast person did not show up when I was there for a tennis tournament in town. Thus, I had to figure out an alternative plan early in the morning. I ended up not spending a second night at your hotel as I was very disappointed in it not being up to normal Marriott standards.

Drive a little further to find a nicer hotel

This hotel is run down and due for an update. Pool was out of order and the elevator was out of order after our first night. Pull out couch has a thin mattress and the shape is too odd to sleep on the couch itself, plus no extra blankets or sheets were provided.

2.5 stars, staff saves this place

The bed was comfortable and easy to sleep in. My air didn’t get cold and my refrigerator did not work. The only thing that worked was the light. I wish the toilet was a little higher. I enjoyed the front desk staff when I arrived on Saturday. She was so sweet! I probably wouldn’t choose this location again in the future.

The tv had very few working channels. When we called the front desk, they said only 1-30 were working, but they were poor too. Also, there were no linens for the sofa bed. When I called the front desk, they said I had to come down and get them. I refused and they said they'd be up in 5 minutes with them. They never came. Only one of the two elevators was working Friday night. Both were nonworking by Saturday morning. Many guests had bicycles with them for a nearby ride and had to carry bikes through stairwells.

The pool was closed by the public health department. The elevators were not working so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs with all of our baby equipment. Random holes in the walls of my room with wires coming out. Room floor was super dirty, found toenail clippings on the ground when we first got to the room. Very disappointed because I always trust Marriott to be clean and in good condition.

Our stay was not the greatest. Started out with the pool not being in service. There's a note from the state that it's been closed since September 2024 and cannot open until things are fixed. Doesn't look that is going to happen. We had to get our key cards reprogramed 4 times during our 3 night stay. If I knew the pool was not in service, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Location wise, it's in a better and safer area of Milwaukee/Brown Deer. Plenty of places to eat at and walmart is a couple minutes down the street only. Like many other reviews had mentioned, the lobby area is HOT. I booked two rooms and the guy dressed in a black, thick, knitted cardigan somehow missed that and I had to ask about my 2nd room for him to check again. Cleaning staff had confusions about our room because it was marked down for cleaning. Thermostats in the rooms will not go below 63-62 degrees and takes forever to cool down the room. Our key cards for both rooms stopped working after the 1st night. Inconvenient. Stay away from their marketside. We self checkout at the kiosk and the same front desk person above asked for our room number after. Mind you, he was there the whole time we were there and didnt even offer a choice of charging the items to the rooms or anything. After checking out, I got a charge to my room for something from there that was $7 more than what we paid for at the kiosk. Calling the GM took about 4 tries to be able to get a refund and even then he sounded like doing so is such an inconvenience to his schedule. Train your people better and get rid of the kiosk if you're still going to charge customers anyways. First and last time here. I will not recommend it to anyone based on my overall experience here.
