Lake Miltona is shallow on the north shore with a sandy bottom which makes it perfect for kayaks, paddleboards, floats, and swimming. The house is a short 1-minute drive from the public launch if you want to bring a boat or rent one to snag that trophy fish.

If you're looking for other types of recreation nearby, there are multiple golf courses, trails for hiking and biking, as well as the Carlos State Park Lazy River for tubing (unsupported). Your group can spend time together fishing, boating , swimming and sunning on the sandy shoreline. Perfect for our high school fishing team.

We booked this property for our high school fishing team who had a tournament on Lake Miltona on Sunday. Everything was brand new including the Blackstone! The host was great at communicating and let us keep our vehicles on the property a few hours after the scheduled check out time. Was also happy they provided coffee and filters.
