The property was clean and the perfect size for our family coming in town for a graduation. Nice view of the bay. They had kayaks available, but we didn’t have time to use them. Good communication and easy check in and out.

We stayed here with our two small kids and 2 dogs. We enjoyed the entire house and property. It is well stocked with everything! If you think you need it, they have it. It’s lovely getting to wake up to the water and not be surrounded by tourists. 10/10 recommend! We plan to stay here anytime we’re in the area. We did bring a baby gate for the deck stairs to keep our dogs and kids from going in the yard without us.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay, the home was prefect, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location is great, close to beaches, downtown, and many stores and restaurants. We loved the water views and spending time on the dock listening to the waves. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

What a beautiful home and right in the water. My husband and I loved the view and the house itself. So clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome! There were terrific views and a cute neighborhood. We have friends that live nearby and this was the perfect place to sleep and enjoy coffee in the morning.

The property was as described and more beauty than can be described! Check in and out was easy! The views were amazing, quick drives to whatever is needed and fished with the kids right off the dock!

Peaceful and Quiet Getaway

Beautiful home very clean and tidy! I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival.

Great time

Great trip. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but has easy access to restaurants and shopping. The host was extremely responsive to a few questions prior to check in. We would definitely stay again.

Very spacious and comfortable. Great location for the 4 of us and what brought us to Pace. Really liked the dock for sitting and enjoying the view. Watched an awesome storm out by the bridge while sitting on the deck. Hopefully we can get this house again next time we're in the area.

Heather was absolutely wonderful! The house was exactly as described and clean when we arrived.We loved spending evenings on the deck and spent some time fishing off of the dock. The kids were able to see catfish, stingrays and dolphins during the day and at night we got to see shrimp, jellyfish and needle fish.We definitely would like to come stay agin!

Quick Stay

We needed a short stay, by the water, that wasn’t on a beach. We found this gem by accident and we weren’t disappointed. It was everything we needed. Thank you for the opportunity.

Lovely bay front home

Lovely water front home with long pier for sun sets and fishing. Home is roomy and well stocked. Easy access to all the local destinations - Pensacola, Navarre and Milton. Host is very supportive and available for questions or issues. Highly recommended for family or friends get away.

Dobson Family - weekend getaway

Our soccer weekend turned into a mini vacation. The house was beautiful and spacious. The weather and water was too rough for watersports, but we caught a few catfish. We will plan to bring our dog next trip. Cute quiet street on the bay!!

Awesome place to stay! 5 stars***** Really clean and neat. Quiet neighborhood right on the water. Lots of room. Host is great. No disappointments here. Love it - We will be back.
