This beautiful home offers 1,700 square feet of tastefully decorated and well-appointed living space. A wood-beamed cathedral ceiling echoes the great outdoors.

Relax in a large great room with free wifi, a Netflix account and stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and plush furnishings invite you to sit back and relax.

The fully equipped kitchen was built for entertaining family and friends. Newly renovated, you'll love the stylish granite countertops, expansive island with bar stools, stainless steel appliances, and essential cooking supplies. And have dinner at the custom built dining table.

A huge sunroom with 180 degrees view of the lake. A pool table for you or your guests. There is a 2nd dining table and a spacious 6 person sitting area.

The outdoor space makes this property an ideal lake getaway, complete with a boat cleat, dock and beach/lake access. Under the stars or serve happy hour drinks on the furnished deck overlooking the lake – a charcoal grill, chaise lounges, additional seating and a 3rd dining table and more. The location is great on Lake Sinclair and good access to Milledgeville. For the price, it's a good deal. Easy and accurate communication with the owner as well. The house is very clean but does need some TLC and maintenance in the kitchen and bathroom and exterior of the house.

Great get away for a small family

We really enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bath were modernized with nice fixtures. We had tv access for the kids and the views were lovely. Lake access was right out the back door. Everything was very simple and just right.
