This hotel was super convientent for Cooperstown Dream Park, very expensive for the amenities offered. The hotel was not the cleanest, smelled musty, and often smelled of weed. The fitness center and pool have very limited hours. The hotel staff are strange with hotel towels. We had a family of 5, in a room that slept 6. We were provided 4 towels. When asked for an additional towel, one was needed to be turned in to receive a new one. Also, housekeeping comes to your door at 8am, tries to enter and told us to keep a DND sign up . I have stayed in 50 plus hotels and never had this happen. 10am , i can understand, not 8am. Upon check in, we were provided room keys and room number, dragged all of our luggage to that room, walked in, another family was unpacking their luggage. Talk about awkard!!! For convience , yes stay here. Not for the amenties though.

Overall ok, good service from front desk during checkin or checkout and on questions and room was clean when we arrived, booking was easy, no major problems but breakfast was average in quality, bathroom tub had no plug for anyone that would need to use just the bathroom tub and was too high for anyone with balance issues to get into, also it had no bars, also beds were too high to get into easily. I would book again but these issues stopped me from rating higher than 3/5 stars. We booked for closeness to Cooperstown baseball museum and pricing that was ok vs other available downtown Cooperstown hotels.

Definitely in need of some remodeling. The noise from the rooms above was absolutely horrible. If you stay here, make sure you get one of the rooms up high. I understand that it’s hard to control with so many kids, but still, you should make an effort to control it. Breakfast was not bad. The staff at breakfast was excellent. Room service forgot to do our room twice, but we were able to get towels when needed. For the price they charge for night, it was definitely overpriced. There are newer options in the same area worth checking out.

The sink and tub did not drain. The room was otherwise clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool.

Stayed here to be as close as possible to Cooperstown dreams park. Location was good. But the hotel is kind of a dump. Dirty lobby area, dead bugs all over the floor and along the window sills. Two building so you have to walk across the parking lot for the pool, breakfast, coffee, etc. Bathroom was extremely tiny. You could barely close the door while standing in it.

The first room we got assigned to was disgusting. The carpet was dirty and there were ants with ant bait. I’ve never been in a hotel that was this disgusting and had ant problems. We got moved to another room because the hot water wasn’t working. The second room was better.
