The host was good with communication before arrival but we had an issue with no heat working and then it was difficult to get an answer. They never came to fix the issue and it was very cold in the flat. We ended up turning the oven on and warming the kitchen and living room area. The location was great and very close to Central Station for everything else we needed, just very disappointed that were cold and nobody ever came to fix/see the issue.
