Family apartment

Location is train station is great. Modern apartment. Sofa bed for 2 teenage kids not very comfortable. Linen cleaned and pressed but some were stained. Some kitchen utilities need to be changed, eg kettle.

wouldnt stay there again

The place is clean and near the central station. The service was bad no covers for the sofa bed, no toilet paper nor soap was provided. Pillows were disgustingly dirty and the host didnt bother blaming everything on the cleaning company like that is our problem. One more thing the neighbours next door are around 20 men living in one appartment always naked on the balcony.

i found the property to be good there was plenty of towels, pots, pans etc.... and was clean. the only downside was that the check in was late by 30 minutes. i tried to call the 3 contact telephone numbers but got a recording to leave a message, i tried again and got an answer, the lady said she would call me back and true to her word she did and arrived at the apartment 10 minutes later, great and she was courteous and friendly. as for previous reviews the WiFi does work but the writing on the router for the network and password is so small you need reading glasses and a light to see to see it (it took a couple of goes to get it to work). also the TV is working. last but not least there was comments previously about "hot tubs" opening late at night and noise, there is a building which i expect its a staff entrance to a business in the alley way/courtyard entrance area to the apartment. there was a business sign saying "metro club". the business is registered at the same address as the apartment within the entrance to the apartment. on my last night i googled "metro club milano" and discovered its in the middle of milans gay district. for me it was not a problem and i didn't hear any loud noise or any problems. there is 2 restaurants on the same street and visited both of them, staff were great, reasonably priced but maybe one is clearly not orientated for family's with children, but saying that i dont see see a problem eating out there as it was friendly and relaxed.

Apartment near central station

Specious apartment with cooking and cleaning facilities, the T V and WIFI is not working but overall condition is good, The only problem is to locate the apartment, no sign and difficult to contact them, we arrived at 5pm how ever nobody can help us, after numerous attemp, they only came at 7 pm .

В апартаментах было холодно, грязно, документы для отчетности за экстра платежи - уборка (54 евро), городской налог (12 евро), поздний заезд (30 евро) не предоставили. Залог 200 евро не вернули. С момента выезда прошло 4 дня. Окна в комнате без штор напротив железнодорожной станции, полный обзор особенно в вечернее время. Как в аквариуме на виду у всех.

Отличное месторасположение, уютные апартаменты, чистота. Один небольшой минус - кэш не берут, а на карточке блокируют 200 евро на 15-20 дней и сняли за поздний заезд (хотя мы предупредили за 4 дня о позднем прилете) 50 евро.

Be aware the additional fee

There's 65 Euro cleaning fee per room. It almost double the room price. You also need to pay for late check in. Everything charged. Other than that, the room is big and clean.

AMPLIO APARTAMENTO JUNTO A LA ESTACION CENTRAL

Prefiero un apartamento siempre antes que una hab de hotel, sobre todo si hay previsión de pasar algunas horas al día en él (horas de calor, etc..) Amueblado con IKEA pero todo muy nuevo y con dos ambientes: sala estar/comedor y habitación dormitorio.

Muy cerca de Milano Céntrale. El barrio no ofrece nada interesante pero es cómodo. Lo peor es que nos cobraron 50 euros por limpieza y estaba sucio. Perdimos mucho tiempo discutiendo y esperando que la persona que nos recibió hiciera una limpieza superficial. Si fueron muy atentos en adelantarnos el check in

Accueil horrible!!!

Situation et confort conformes au descriptif. En revanche, l'établissement nous impose une prise de rendez-vous pour le check-in qu'ils ne respectent pas. Nous avons attendu près de 2h leur venue!!! Quasiment impossible de les joindre, pas de réponse à nos mails... aucune excuse de la personne se présentant enfin. personne parlant un anglais très approximatif. Aucune nouvelle de leur part depuis, alors qu'après coup de fil à son responsable, nous devions être dédommagé pour cette attente qui nous avez fait rater un rendez-vous important. A noter également qu'il y a un sauna ouvert jusqu'à 1h30 du matin dans la cour de l'immeuble et que l'appartement est au dessus d'un bar de strip tease....la musique s'entendant quand même du 3e étage :(
