Welcome to a semi detached house with private pool and spacious outside areas to enjoy the Spanish climate all day and evening. Located beside two 18 holes golf courses at Mijas Golf, yet only 10 minutes with car to the beach and the all year vibrant town of Fuengirola. Mijas beaches are also easy to reach as well as the white washed village Mijas Pueblo.

This is an excellent and fully equipped holiday home comfortable for short and long stays. In the living room you find an Iptv for the TV with channels from all over the world. Air-conditioning available in all rooms for comfort.

The area Puebla Aida is famous for its genuine design in Andalusian style and its very well kept. The house has a smaller private pool and in the community there is 4 communal pools to enjoy.

This vacation home has 3 bedrooms, a private spacious garden area and a rooftop seating area with further views. A living room with high ceiling, bathrooms and a kitchen.
