Things to know

A large spacious villa which was a great size for our group of 2 families. The villa was clean and well equipped and the pool and gardens were a lovely space to enjoy the sun. The villa has a fantastic terrace with a lovely view towards the coast. Definitely need a car and recommend taking up the offer of meeting Lilia at the local gas station and being guided down for the first time. Lilia the host was very responsive and helpful. Improvements, the air con in the living area does not work (is fine everywhere else). The lights around the pool and garden area did not work which was a shame as it would have been a nice place to relax in the evening (great bbq place and is cooler than the terrace). The pool is a great size for 3 teenage boys, it says it will be cleaned 3 times a week but it was only cleaned once on our last day which meant it was looking a little grim towards the end of the week. Overall a great holiday!

The property was very clean and well equipped. The pool area was lovely and again very well maintained. The only negative point towards the property was the condition on the road to the villa. It was extremely bumpy and taxis were very reluctant to take you. Without your own car it could be problem.

Fantastic location.

Our stay was amazing. Thank you to Lilia who was there waiting our arriving. Francisco was extremely helpful. Some minor electrical issues where address on-time. The house is huge but cozy. Bedrooms are extremely confortable. Social area is great and fireplace works amazing.

Unpleasant stay

From the moment we arrived, we encountered multiple critical issues that severely impacted the quality of our stay. Below is a detailed account of the problems:1.Upon arrival, we discovered that the water pump was malfunctioning, leaving the upper levels of the house without water.2. We had to repeatedly reset the pump to restore water, sometimes late into the night (e.g., 11:00 PM, 12:00 AM, and even 6:00 AM).3. The host's eventual installation of a lock on the pump house exacerbated the problem, as we could no longer address the issue ourselves, leading to further delays and frustration.4. On our first night, the electricity in the kitchen failed, leaving us without access to essential appliances like the fridge, oven, stove, and kettle.5. This disrupted our dinner plans and required us to resort to takeout meals.6. Although an electrician resolved the issue the next morning, this delay caused significant inconvenience.7. Despite numerous calls and texts to the host, responses were delayed, and language barriers made communication difficult.8. VRBO and Novasol's support were unhelpful, with agents passing responsibility back and forth and failing to provide timely solutions.10. When addressing the water issue with the host's handyman, Francis, he became physically threatening, which made the situation even more distressing for our group.11. The water issue persisted throughout our stay, forcing us to repeatedly go outside to manually reset the pump late at night.
