Appartement gut, Service schlecht

Das Appartement ist als solches sehr schön, hat einen schönen Ausblick und ist gut eingerichtet, insbesondere mit modernem Bad. Schlecht war, dass das Bettzeug bei Ankunft schmutzig war und nur Handtücher für 3 Personen, aber nicht 4 Personen bereit lagen. Nachdem ich dies am Morgen nach der Ankunft moniert hatte, wurde Abhilfe versprochen. Indes, es hat sich in den 4 Tagen nichts getan. Keine saubere Bettwäsche, keine ergänzenden Handtücher. Wir haben uns mit unserer Stranddecke beholfen, um nicht auf schmutziger Bettwäsche liegen zu müssen und mit unseren Strandhandtüchern. Kein überzeugender Service für den Preis. Beim Ausschecken wusste natürlich die linke Hand nicht, was die rechte Hand verschlampt hatte und stritt zunächst alles ab. Sehr nervig! Am Ende drehte sie bei und erkannte offenbar, dass es wenig Sinn macht Gäste dauerhaft zu verprellen und erließ uns die Kurtaxe. Immerhin, ein Zeichen des guten Willens! Es war mein 4. Aufenthalt bei Sun&Snow in den letzten 24 Monaten, zugleich mein letzter.

Insgesamt war das Apt. gut ausgestattet und durch die Lage (2.Reihe zum Strand) natürlich super! Es gibt offensichtliche Mängel, die mit schneller Hand behoben werden können, aber scheinbar besteht daran kein Interesse. (Toilettendeckel lose, Schubladen und Kaffeemaschine defekt und noch zwei, drei Dinge mehr) Die Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas kompliziert (Abgabe mehr als Empfangnahme) Leider ist die Kommunikation auch schwierig, da weder auf unserer Seite keine Polnischkenntnisse und von Vermieterseite keine bzw. nur sehr, sehr begrenzte Deutsch-/Englischkenntnisse vorhanden sind. Achtung!! Nicht jedes Zimmer hat automatisch einen Parkplatz - sagt einem aber auch niemand. Unbedingt bei Buchung drauf achten. Unter dem Strich aber nicht schlecht und man kann ein schönes Wochenende verbringen!
