Enjoy distant sea views from the rear deck. It's all about the beach here, for sublime surfing, family fun and winter whale watching, while the Tavern is handy for a meal.
The Space:
Downstairs comprises a lounge area, two bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom. Outside consists a fully enclosed rear lawned yard with a cubby house and plenty of room to accommodate the family dog. (Dog must be kept outside please).
Upstairs offers a master bedroom with a walk in robe and en suite, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area and a small back and front balcony with an outdoor setting and BBQ.
