This studio on the third floor is perfect for a comfortable stay by the sea. The studio features a folding wardrobe bed in the sleeping area and a cozy living room with a sofa bed for two. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new induction cooktop and a new combi microwave/oven, leading directly to a charming terrace with sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The bathroom has a bathtub, and there is a separate toilet in the hallway. The TV has been recently upgraded for maximum comfort. The residence enjoys a prime location: close to the seafront, shops, and public transport. The perfect place to enjoy the sea, sun, and comfort. Alles, was wir brauchten, war in Reichweite, und der Induktionsherd war ein nettes Extra. Der einzige Nachteil war die Parkplatzsituation, aber wir haben problemlos einen Parkplatz auf der Straße gefunden.
