Great location, the property was clean with the exception of there being fruit flies throughout the property. The WiFi signal wasnt strong enough for us to look up the weather or anything about the area. There were an adequate amount of cooking instruments as well as

This property has a lot of potential. The location is great, just a few steps from the beach path over the dunes. Parking is easy and there is a little patio area. Unfortunately it appears that someone has smoked inside and the cleaning crew is not good. We were not expecting perfection but dusty tables and grimy surfaces did not inspire confidence in our stay. The place was reminiscent of crashing at a friend's first apartment after college, and while that felt like rockstar accommodations back in the day, it was not what we expecting from the listing. That said, the owner was responsive and apologetic about a specific issue we had. The communication was great before and during our stay.

Great condo steps from the beach!

Condo was in a great location and had everything we needed for our family vacation. Justin was a great host and responded immediately, even in the middle of the night! We will definitely be back!

Cozy Retreat

Host was very responsive and communicated regularly. Check in was very easy.Positives- Location is easy to get to the beach- AC was very good- Close to the Zoo and Washington Park- Condo was clean- Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glass wear and pots/pans. Neutrals- Refrigerator was clean but was very old.Negatives- No Closet space or chest of drawers in main bedroom - No TV in 2nd bedroom - The grill in common area had no Propane in the bottle so we couldn't use it- Could have used more hand towels for the bathroom, especially with 4 people (adult size)We would stay again if the negatives are remedied.

Perfect location

It was perfect for a beach vacation. Short walk beach. Apartment def on smaller side, but it was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. Loved it.

While we had a good stay, the condo had some issues. The patio outside was very dirty with lots of cigarette butts. The inside was clean enough and was equipped well. Being right next to beach access was great.

Nice enough stay, maintenance and attention to detail needed

Cute place, great location. Photos are generally accurate. Why don't I rate it 5 stars? Devil is in the details. The coffee creamer was old and spoiled. Only one hand towel. Only 1 plastic tumbler, so had to use glass outside. Bathroom fan is gross with dust. Bathroom door is grimy and dusty, tub was clean but discolored. Window blinds broken. Light bulbs need replacement. Rust on heat registers and refrigerator door, sloppy paint in places give it a general shabby feel. Outside patio area could be fabulous, but cigarette butts all over, patio needs sweeping. None of this is major, just means it's not 5 stars to me.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is a great location with easy access to the beach and other fun activities like the zoo. We will definitely visit the area again and stay at this condo if it is available!

Very minor issues

Location was great, space was perfect for our family of three. Only minor issues with cleanliness and comfort that are easily fixable and the host has already said that he would be trying to remedy those for the next visitor. If we come back to Michigan City in the future, this spot will be on our list.

Quiet getaway

This place was a cozy and quiet getaway. The location is perfect and only a short path away from the beach. The owner was quick to answer questions. We had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. We would stay again.

Close to the Beach

We stayed with our two teenage daughters and had a lovely time. The apartment is a short walk to a very nice area of the beach. Neighborhood is safe. Apartment was clean and perfect for our needs.
