This property has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a stunning patio. Includes a propane barbecue and hot tub so guests may enjoy the great Miami outdoors (shared space with unit B). We ensure that the house is absolutely immaculate before renting it to our guests!
This duplex is located extremely close to Miami Beach without being far from the bustling life of Downtown Miami! This location is centrally located, granting easy access to all desirable destinations! If you do not wish to go far, the gorgeous outdoor patio and bbq offer the perfect area to entertain and relax! Indoors, various amenities are included such as a state of the art washer and dryer. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and ensure that all of our properties are spotless prior to your arrival!

Cute home near the design district
This home is a duplex with a front and rear separated areas. We had the front area, which had 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, laundry facilities and sitting area. The host was very friendly, had open communication & made every effort to ensure we had a good stay. The area is within walking distance of the design district in Miami, but is located in a quiet residential area. The hot tub was specifically cleaned and prepared for our stay and the caretaker made sure to encourage us to use it - it was wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience at the house and it was the perfect location, near the airport but also near the beach and Wynwood. The hot tub and house were great and just as pictured. The host was helpful and listing was very clear.

La casa esta muy bien equipada y las instalaciones son muy buenas, asi que estuvimos muy comodos con nuestro bebe de 2 años.
