Everything was okay. The only problem I had was the laundry. I don’t know if there is a washer machine in the house but I didn’t see it.

We came down for a Dolphins game and stayed at this property. The house was updated, very clean and just 10 minutes from the stadium. The pool area was nice, the property was gated and we had a great time. 10/10 recommend!

The home was modern and nicely decorated. Our complaint is that there were not enough towels, and lightbulbs were burnt out in bedrooms. House served its purpose, just minor cosmetic things like broken screens on lanai and holes and missing trim.

The host was overwhelming pleasant and open to inquires. Prompt in her responses. The house has been used heavly. The table in the picture tips about anbinch end to end. Cleaning is haphadard. The filterex water in the refrigerator was growing mold in it and slimy. Dishes in the cabinet had been rinsed but not washed when put away. Floor even after cleaning right before was not one to walk on without shoes. It's a lot of little things that need to be corrected. Some TLC and better cleanimg makes it a 10. Now it's a 6.5.

Property is secure and comfortable, for the most part. The bunk bed mattresses are terrible & sqeaky. It would have been nice if there were some basic cleaning supplies. The patio door windows were filthy inside & out. The screens on the pool cage are torn up. The back yard needs clean up, however the mango, banana, and avocado trees are very cool. The kitchen is very understocked. The pots and pans need to be replaced. They are all scratched with teflon peeling off. Not safe to use. The coffee pot had used coffee grounds in it. The garbage disposal when used had a cigarette smell to it. NONE of us are smokers. The worst thing was we had a cockroach in the kitchen! I know that’s part of living in So. Florida but I would think you would have an exterminator. The house just needs some TLC. Hopefully, this will help you make some improvements.
