Staff was rude and apathetic. Didn't explain anything of the hotel's amenities. Everything over priced and the hotel very outdated.
Worst hotel ever to be visiting from coming out of town not welcoming at all. Hotel rooms look like a cheap motel
Overall not a bad place for the money but the hotel needs serious renovation inside and out and cleanliness could be greatly improved. I also did not like how bathrooms are small and very outdated. The parking situation is rather annoying. In order to be able to park there you have to buy a parking pass inslide at the front desk but you can't leave your car unattended. I don't understand why the valet doesn't sell the parking tickets to avoid the hassle.
Poor condition in the room, windows seals dusty, spider web, Door was real hard to close the TV in the room they working in only one channel.
Rooms need to be updated and I was not satisfied with the customer service. Their "system" mistakenly charged me a large fee in which I had to sort out with my bank and the front desk supervisor, who displayed rude and disrespectful behavior by hanging up on me. Best part is that it is close to the beach, however I will never stay here again.
Jequsi was not working. My son was very disappointed. There were no blankets in the room.the air blower was not working
Amazing place to stay... great staff members, clean room at all time... amazing view from my room.... everything close to the hotel....
This was a great visit. The cafe was awesome. the pool was great. the location was fantastic. The staff was great. the beach access was perfect. The hotel was vibrant.
hotel was great! Only thing was that the pool wasn't working and we were never notified about that. due to that we got a $10 discount per day because of the pool.
The room wasnt clean. Dust. Dirty carpets. Bathrooms not in best conditions
I loved the location. It's very central with a lot of nearby restaurants. It's not the cleanest but it's not so bad.
Only problem is I waited way to long for elevators Being on the 14th going down stopped at almost every floor going up I waited almost 8 min for a elevator at one point
The bathroom was so disgusting and old. We asked to change rooms because of it and they said they would send someone to the room to see if it was true that the bathroom was bad. I waited and they never came to check so I stayed there for one night and canceled my other three night asi because the next working I woke up bitten. I'm not sure if it was bed bugs. It was gross
Double beds were for one person. We did not fit in, being two. Jessica in charge of the beach very bad attitude and rudeness They charge for everything, parking, resort fee. So add 60 dollars daily to the rate you hired We did not receive a good service and the public in the hotel was quite low. We definitely do not recommend
I enjoyed staying at the hotel. I definitely would recommend this hotel to others. It is only a 15-20 min taxi ride to south beach. Pool and beach are amazing!
The location is nice it is close to the beach and restaurants. However, the service was terrible. The room did not have a fridge and when we ask for one it took them a whole day to bring it. Also the bathroom does not have many towel hangers. You have to pay $30 every night for parking and you have to park yourself. You also have to pay $25 a day for the beach chairs and other service and $20 if you want a beach umbrella. The hotel is in great location and has beautiful views, but they need lot of improvements on their customer service.
WORST EXPERIENCE IN. 50 years of traveling and staying in hotels monthly Managment never return several request for change rooms we felt totally ignore
That was pretty much the only good thing about this hotel. The front desk agent told us he would put us in one of the best rooms with a nice view, but failed to tell us it was by the elevator where we would hear loud conversations and noise the entire time even up to 3/4 in the am. Other than that it was okay.
Pretty good room, the view was spectacular, the hotel staff was very accommodating , however it was not very clean. The pool was very dirty by our 4 day, none of the staff was out cleaning the pool area, also construction was going on in the pool area without warning that the area was going to get worked on during vacation.
