The Deauville Beach Resort

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The hotel rooms were missing many items and the AC was not working in the hotel. The hotel charged $25 a day for resort fee but there were not benefits that made that cost useful. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Was extremely disappointed.

Friendly staff, near to restaurant,Walgreens, beachfront, the pool is ok for the adult and kid,

The experience was good not great price for the safe is high also there was no soap in the room the next day I had her clean the room but still no so.ap

The hotel was generally nice. Our only real complaints were the overly aggressive housekeeping staff and the fire alarm. On days when we were in the room when the housekeeping staff came around, we would let them know that we either did not want the room cleaned or asked if they could come back later. They would then come back every 15 minutes to ask if we had left yet, even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door. While we appreciated their service, it felt like we were being rushed out of the room every day. Second, the fire alarm went off early in the morning on several days. When we called the front desk to ask what was going on, no one would answer. If you are hoping to sleep in on your vacation, be aware that the morning fire drills might not allow you to do so.

While the staff was very kind, the charge for the Hotel's amenities was not informed upfront, hence a big surprise during the checkout. The Hotel seems to be outdated

Staff was rude and apathetic. Didn't explain anything of the hotel's amenities. Everything over priced and the hotel very outdated.

Worst hotel ever to be visiting from coming out of town not welcoming at all. Hotel rooms look like a cheap motel

Overall not a bad place for the money but the hotel needs serious renovation inside and out and cleanliness could be greatly improved. I also did not like how bathrooms are small and very outdated. The parking situation is rather annoying. In order to be able to park there you have to buy a parking pass inslide at the front desk but you can't leave your car unattended. I don't understand why the valet doesn't sell the parking tickets to avoid the hassle.

Poor condition in the room, windows seals dusty, spider web, Door was real hard to close the TV in the room they working in only one channel.

Rooms need to be updated and I was not satisfied with the customer service. Their "system" mistakenly charged me a large fee in which I had to sort out with my bank and the front desk supervisor, who displayed rude and disrespectful behavior by hanging up on me. Best part is that it is close to the beach, however I will never stay here again.

Jequsi was not working. My son was very disappointed. There were no blankets in the room.the air blower was not working

Amazing place to stay... great staff members, clean room at all time... amazing view from my room.... everything close to the hotel....

This was a great visit. The cafe was awesome. the pool was great. the location was fantastic. The staff was great. the beach access was perfect. The hotel was vibrant.

hotel was great! Only thing was that the pool wasn't working and we were never notified about that. due to that we got a $10 discount per day because of the pool.

The room wasnt clean. Dust. Dirty carpets. Bathrooms not in best conditions

I loved the location. It's very central with a lot of nearby restaurants. It's not the cleanest but it's not so bad.

Only problem is I waited way to long for elevators Being on the 14th going down stopped at almost every floor going up I waited almost 8 min for a elevator at one point

The bathroom was so disgusting and old. We asked to change rooms because of it and they said they would send someone to the room to see if it was true that the bathroom was bad. I waited and they never came to check so I stayed there for one night and canceled my other three night asi because the next working I woke up bitten. I'm not sure if it was bed bugs. It was gross

Double beds were for one person. We did not fit in, being two. Jessica in charge of the beach very bad attitude and rudeness They charge for everything, parking, resort fee. So add 60 dollars daily to the rate you hired We did not receive a good service and the public in the hotel was quite low. We definitely do not recommend
