No Parking When Parking Included in Booking

The booking included parking, but when my wife and her sister arrived at 9PM no parking was included. The parking address provided in property information was not correct. Front desk staff mentioned parking was not included when it was in the booking. Bed my wife left in was too soft.

Miscommunication initially - parking included was not provided for the first night, only after we kept complaining, we got the parking pass. Other than that - discent room for a good price.

Stylish and convenient with terrible mattresses.

The location was very convenient and close to many good restaurants. However, the photo is misleading. Many of the rooms do not have a view of trees nor get descent natural light. The entire side of the building where our room was located faces a solid wall just a few feet from the window, which was very dirty and we couldn't see out of. The kitchenette is nice, but the bathroom lacks any shelf or place to put personal toiletries, and the single towel rack kept falling off the wall. But the worst thing are the mattresses on the beds. They are the most uncomfortable mattresses that we've ever slept on in any hotel and should be replaced.
