Spring Break 2021

Location was great and the owner was very helpful until we checked in. The Fontainebleau (FB) is a nice resort but they were at capacity. Check in was terrible and and the staff were rude. The FB was understaffed to manage the spring break crowd. Simple lunch at the pool took 90 min, drinks sometimes took 45 min to arrive. Chairs had to be held at 7AM or you were out of luck. FB should have been better prepared. The elevators were slow and crowded and other than staff, COVID protocols were not followed. Worst part was how dirty the grounds were. Pool area and beach were littered with trash. Even the Tresor tower hallways were dirty. People would leave dirty towels and trash in the hallways - sometimes for 2 days until housekeeping came. The unit was old and needed paint and updating. Carpets were dirty, showers were stained, and there we not enough utensils or supplies to make a simple breakfast. For example, our unit only had 2 forks. Views were ok to the side, but directly in front of the unit was the Sorrento tower - so you are not ocean front. After calling housekeeping numerous times for basic suppliers we settled in and had a really nice time.

Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Everything was great. A few more kitchen stuff would have helped a lot. Maybe a small pot, frying pan and more dishes. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and the manager is prompt with email communications.

Beautiful and we enjoyed every moment we were there.

This place is very nice and the view is gorgeous. The owner gave us complete details including the instructions on arrival. I knew we had to pay for cleaning service to the hotel, however the hotel Checkin person failed to set it up properly and they overcharged us for cleaning service that they didn't perform. We loved staying here and thank you for sharing this property with us. Hope to do it again.

Great Family spot

We had a great time in this apartment, my husband and myself with our children. The pull out bed made for a great second sleeping option, and the unit was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views, and a wonderful stay at the fountainbleau

Beautiful condo and the Fountainbleu rocks!

Girls weekend was awesome staying in this beautiful condo with all the accommodations of the Fountainbleu! Awesome view, great restaurants and drinks! Pool and beach are amazing. Our fav was the fruit-flavored water by the pools each day. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place.
