THE HOST WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND RESPONDS ON TIME. MY GROUP AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRIME LOCATION. THE POOL WAS HEATED AND CLEAN. HOST WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING TO SOME OF THE SLIGHT MISHAPS AND I SURELY DO APPRECIATE IT, LOOK FORWARD TO FUTURE STAYS WHEN VISITING AGAIN.

There was a family living in the garage and they took up half of the drive way. I rented this because we went down for work and had my trailer with me, and thought there would be plenty of room to park it at night. I was wrong. There were holes in the drywall and it was dirty. Found a used rag on top of the shower head. The beds were very uncomfortable and springy. And there were dead coaches on the floor. The hall bathroom floods when you take a shower in it. The shower heads were nice tho. And the pool was nice. Then was asked by the home owner to take the trash to the curb and it was mostly full of the family garbage that was staying in the garage.

Family Gathering and Gateway to exploring South Florida

The house was a large, clean and comfortable base for family explorations in the Everglades and the Keys. It had all of the amenities. We enjoyed the pool and patio for the requisite relaxation and break from winter back in Ohio.The large sectional in the living area accommodated everybody for movie nights on the huge TV. The dining area table sat 6 and was perfect for sit down meals at the end of a day exploring. The mini pool table proved to be great family fun. Everybody loved the high tech shower heads in the bathrooms. My wife enjoyed the soaking tub in the master. The location served our needs well though it took a 40 minute drive to get to the Everglades and 3+ hours to get to Key West. That said, being only 30 minutes from the airport was a huge plus as family members arrived and departed during our two week stay. We very much enjoyed our stay.
