Beautiful apartment hotel. Clean and spacious for a family of 7. Didn’t feel like I was crowded in the apartment. The amenities included were accurate. Pool and access to beautiful private beach. WiFi service was a lil off. Couldn’t get on. But we didn’t feel the need to bother host about it since we were outdoors most of the time. (Host wast VERY responsive) I’m sure I could have gotten the wifi to work but eh didn’t care too much. There was smart TV in all rooms. with plenty of options to watch shows for all ages. Overall I would definitely stay again. Apartment looks like it was newly remodeled kitchen stencils and cooling ware all available in the apartment. Glassware and plates cups etc.

This is a room in the Alexander hotel that was built in the 1960s. The room was remodeled but something’s are just too dated to repair. We called the front desk about the lack of hot water and their response was to let the water run for 5 minutes. We happened to stay during the rare cold temperatures in February. The room never got above 59 degrees because there is no heat in the building. Too many options in Miami to settle for this.

The condo itself was amazing. Very modern and great location. The hotel where the unti was located was less than desirable. It was dated, and not clean. Our unit was not stocked like a normal vrbo. We had to go down to the desk many times for towels, and basic needs. Unfortunately the luxury condo did not have luxury service! Amenities were not worth the service fees.

This is a beautiful unit in a wonderful and convenient location. The unit was furnished very nicely. The space is generous. The house staff were courteous and responsive. "I honestly didn’t expect the place to look exactly like the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room—it was almost identical. The modern interior design, combined with a clean, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere, immediately made me feel comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the space felt both stylish and homelike at the same time.I spent four wonderful days here, enjoying not only the comfort of the room but also the relaxing and peaceful vibe it provided after a long day out. It was the perfect balance of modern design and warm hospitality.I also want to thank the host, who was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. I left feeling very satisfied and would happily return on my next trip. Highly recommended!"
