We loved the hot tub! Space is on the smaller side but perfect for a short stay. Only complaint is dryer does not work so don’t try and clean your clothes, but otherwise - apt was cool, clean, and had everything we needed!

It was the location of the place that made us feel uneasy. Everywhere had barricaded windows and it appeared that the door had been kicked in at one point in time. The host was extremely responsive and the place had everything the add said it did. The place was clean.

Bed is old and disgusting. Toilet not bolted to the floor., Rocks when you sit on it.Floors were dirty.There was no short term rental permit visible.This is one of the worst VRBOs stays that my wife and I stayed at.Hate to be so critical. Simply stating the facts.

Whoever took the pictures of this space are pros. Unit is located in the worst neighborhood I could imagine. Property is fenced in (for the owner) you have to park on the street where your car would most likely get broken into. The bed is a thin futon, smaller than a full bed. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Dryer was not functioning. Definitely not worth the price. This unit would only be an alternative to a hostel

Pictures and description can be deceiving. Location was very sketchy, vacant run down buildings. No walking food options. We wanted to chill and do laundry between cruises. Washer sounded like it would explode, dryer did not work. Bedroom door looked like it was kicked in during a brawl. I understand people wanting to use property to make extra money but this looked and felt like a renovated garage. We tried to do a load of laundry but ended up leaving with wet clothes and went to a hotel. My wife did not feel safe. The host was very quick to respond and got us in early.

Stay was enjoyable, but more discerning guests may have some qualms. Interior was kind of "make-shift" but adequate and clean. On the plus side, the mattress and bedding were extremely comfortable. Decor could use a little help both inside and out. However, it was very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, although there were no instructions for use, and the patio area surrounding it could use some sprucing up. Nothing major, but a little more lighting would have been appreciated, and the hot tub water level was a bit low so the two highest jets were above the water line. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but we didn't feel unsafe at any time. Finally, while we appreciate a host who isn't overbearing, we had to request check-in instructions the evening of check-in, and the host didn't provide the wifi password and it wasn't to be found anywhere in the apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and felt it was reasonable for the price, but to earn 5 stars the host would benefit by focusing on the little details.
