I disliked that the amenities where split between 2 locations.

Nice rooms, nice pools, nice hotel overall. But there's one ice machine in the entire hotel and it doesn't work. The hotel wifi is unstable, and the air conditioner in our room couldn't get the temperature below 73. Not ideal in Miami heat.

the room is never properly cleaned, and not every day, I am really disappointed, even though the location was perfect.

Clean rooms. Close to no front desk service (they don't answer the phone), no bottled water and no milk or cream for coffee. Also one of the two elevators did not work the entire tie

We stayed here on spring break and couldn't be more happy! The customer service was great! Upon entering our double suite room we noticed that the AC in on suite wasn't working. We called downstairs and they quickly moves us to another double suite. The property is beautiful! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

They couldnt care less about their guests. nobody was at the front desk when i arrived. had to wait for an hour for someone to give me keys. they didnt clean the room as they simply forgot. nobody picks up the phone when you call, terrible service and not worth it!

Overall property was great What i didnt like was check out was 11 and i qent back to my room at 1045 am and they turned over the room already for next guest but im sorry not b4 11

Location and room condition. Surfside is indeed one of the best location in South Florida.

Well, the rooms were very average- nothing special, nothing notable- just blah. For the price, I expected more than average. The hot water (even all the way hot) was warm enough to be adequate but barely. I am sorry to say that there were little blood spots on one of the pillow cases the day we checked in- that was gross. It seemed clean though- maybe a staff person had a small cut on their hand and accidentally got some blood on the pillow case when changing it and didn’t notice? The television kept winking in and out and randomly turning off and the wifi wasn’t strong enough to mirror our devices so we could even watch Netflix without constant lagging. I wouldn’t get a room here again, that’s for sure!

The hotel is very nice. The lobby is beautiful and the rooftop pools are really nice. The service was a little slow but the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. If you are looking for bells and whistles in the pool you will not find it here. Just basic dunking pool. The beach chair and towel service is really nice, but I wish there was someplace near by offering water activities, paddle boards, water bikes, parasailing, jet skis. There is nothing like that available near by. We stayed at the West location. The rooms were very nice, but no place to unpack your clothes. No dressers and no place in the master bath to hang up wet towels. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back for another vacation.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I GOT CUT WITH GLASS ON THE BOTTOM OF MY FOOT. ARROGANT MANAGER SCOTT HUNG UP WHILE TALKING TO ME. TOLD ME TO CONTACT ORBITZ FOR MY CREDIT AND THEN WHEN I DID ORBITZ SAID SCOTT TOLD THEM NOT TO REFUND ME. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED FOR MY ROOM FROM 12-5:22. GOT LUGGAGE AT 6:09. STAY ELSE WHERE AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY.

Staff has rude attitude and nobody cares about guests

When we checked out we realized that the door in our room going to other room next door was open that means ppl Cld have gone in. Pretty spooky!! The checkout 11 am is very strict if you are late they charge money..

The hotel has terrible service and is very under staffed . The staff was not helpful at all and it’s impossible to get a manager. Very disappointed with my stay I expected a lot better . They closed one of the pools for a week and it was mayhem. The property I was in (West) has no food or beverage service at all . It seems like management and ownership don’t really care about customer satisfaction.
