Great stay!
Wonderful place, nicely fixed up, clean. Fantastic location-near everything but away enough that not as loud, more private. Great property manager, always very responsive. I’ve been to South Beach many times, one of the best spots I’ve stayed in. My boyfriend and I would definitely love to come back!!!

A Nightmare! Awful, misleading advertisement
A FUIR! HORRIBLE STAY. MISLEADING ADVERT. All the windows face ugly walls 3 metres away, no view, it's a prison!Everything is old, damaged or non-functional (curtains don't stay up, blinds don't go up, furniture is damaged, the bedroom door rubs on the floor and won't close unless you wake the whole household, and the dishwasher didn't work)!The flat was dirty with cotton buds in several places in the sofas and on the floor!It was also very noisy, as the bedrooms overlooked the air-conditioning motors of the neighbouring buildings, which were under our windows.To top it all off, the toilet got blocked on the first evening and we had to wait until 3pm the next day to hear from the owner.Well, the owner was very unhelpful, as all these problems meant we had to move and shorten our stay. The owner did not want to make a direct refund, which meant that I had to pay taxes that I could have avoided paying by making an amicable direct transaction.
