The hotel is very basic. You enter the rooms from outside - there is no inside hallway. The hotel needs updating, outside and inside. The room appeared clean and was quiet but way too bright at night. I woke up at 3:30am thinking it was morning but it was just because the window was letting in so much light from the security lighting outside. When we woke in the morning and were packing to leave, a small cockroach ran across the dresser holding the very small television. Our free breakfast was a brown paper bag containing a tiny juice box, a granola bar, an orange and a frozen breakfast burrito that had thawed to about room temperature. All this for $162 a night.

The room was decent for the price. There were stains on the wall and the room didn't look properly maintained. Since we were there only for few hours, we didn't mind just sleeping. The bed was clean, the bathroom was clean too but the room infrastructure was not maintained.

This is a very large motel complex on a busy street. We heard a lot of sirens late and early in the morning. We had an issue with the first room smelling of mold and then a strong ammonia. The front desk said it was just cleaned before we arrived and that was what the smell was, but they did move us to a new room. There was definitely someone in the parking lot living out of his car and talking very loudly into the night on his phone. The room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Location to The Keys and Everglades was ideal for us. It was a case of "you get what you pay for," and that is what we were looking for.

Close to main roads, restaurants, drug stores, and well care centers. Property clean as was the room. When we arrived they were maintaining one part of the A/C units and steam cleaning the walkways. No breakfast included other than just coffee so you’ll need to bring your own or eat out. One down side is that in our unit we could not get Internet so could not watch any TV. When we told management, they offered us another room (after we had settled in) but could not guarantee it would have Internet either.
