The room was rather old. The bathroom door hinge was loose so that I was not able to fully close the door well. I was disappointed that the shuttle was supposed to leave at 10 but did not actually leave until 1115. And then it wasn’t a shuttle from the days inn it was a shuttle that was hired out by the days inn.But it served it’s purpose. However I do not think I would go there again.

Hi I would not come again. Too many local walk in and ask for room like it's a motel but other people like it so it's your decision

You know those “older brand” hotels that are always a chance? This isn’t one. Clean, safe and comfortable around $100us or less. Prettty cool

I am not sure if Days Inn Miami is as terrible as others around the US but I not pleased with the cleanliness of the bedrooms in Miami. Carpet needed to change as it was not fresh at all. I also saw a small roach in the bathroom. But the bathroom itself was clean. They must have updated it at the expense of the bedroom. Days Inn need to do more work with the bedroom I slept in. Cleaner and fresher carpet and curtains. Helps with allergies.

One hour wait at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. It went by in the wrong lane not bothering to stop. Took 20min. to return. Room was small. Tub had rust stains. Staff was nice. Neither bedside lights were plugged in. Handyman came and fixed one. Other just didn’t work. Lack of outlets. The Staff was polite and recommended a great food delivery place since there were no restaurants nearby. Gas station across the street had good priced drinks and snacks. Cruise ship shuttle was a disaster. Told us to be in the lobby by 9:30 for the 9:45 shuttle. By 10:45am it had still not arrived. The 11am shuttle people were also now in the lobby. A shuttle coordinator was trying to sell transfers after the cruise. Shuttle never appeared and we gave up and took an UBER to the ship. Staff tried, but I picked this hotel for the transfers. Big mistake, never again

Was told later that DI cancels reservation if not prepaid. Orbitz didn’t know this! And they canceled my resv when I arrived at a late hour. Struck with no room available at 1 am! Orbitz needs to pay more attention to these hotel rules! Will never reserve with days innn again!

The shower was dripping all the time, the toilet was not very nice... out of 3 lights in the room only 1 was working.

Carpet grimy. No light right inside room. There was a light switch but no light. Staff really nice. It’s $100 so affordable but for minimal upgrades it could be better.

Only stayed 1 night, kids enjoyed the big pool, no issues.

The shuttle NEVER showed up. After calling 4 times and telling me they were on the way, I waited an hour and they never came, so I had to UBER there. Additionally I get to the hotel and NO ONE offered to help me. The room was soooo tiny and shabby. So disappointed! Not worth what I paid

Loud music from the band in the bar, boom, boom, boom was all there was all night long. All of that for only a dozen or so people in the bar to make a miserable night for all the paying guests in the hotel. The hotel wouldn't change our room to a spot further away. Dirty, filthy halls and common areas and the room wasn't much better. This place was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Certainly not up to the quality I would expect from a Days Inn. They should pull the name off of the place because it is an embarrassment.

This place is a mess poor maintenance of the room, housekeeper should never asked you if you want service. While I stay there my room get flood with sewer water and all what the did was change me to another room they don't even apologize. They also advertise for breakfast but is for a fee also internet is only on the lobbi.stay away from this place

the bathroom was a tiny cob hole I which I could be refunded for this dump I had to sleep in

At least 3rd time staying here. Very convenient with the courtesy shuttle and courtesy phone in baggage claim to call the lobby for the shuttle pick up. 7 min drive. Had a second floor room which is a bit difficult with large luggage since there are no elevators. Shuttle back to airport leaves every hour on the hour and restaurants are in close walking distance.

Easy check in and out free shuttle to port left car in hotel parking lot while i went on a cruise convenient location nearby places to eat no complaints

not up to the standards of the days inn I have been to in the past the toilet ran loudly the whole night even with me fixing it

The hotel was very near the airport, which was nice since we had a very early flight. The staff was accommodating, and the shuttle drivers were great. But the hotel itself was not great. First, it is in not in a great location- next to empty store fronts and on a very busy street. The room was fine, but nothing worked properly. The TV reception was fuzzy and we couldn't see half the channels. The light fixtures in between the two beds didn't work. The A/C unit didn't work properly. Will not be staying here again.

The evening receptions gave us an outstanding service, and overall it was good

Decent enough For overnight stay. Shuttle Driver horrible very late pick up from airport and overloads shuttle.

Thank you Georgette for help me nice work .the woman with out frisher en her her room
