It was very old, the bed was very hard. It's right next to the airport so very loud until 1am. Thr grounds were not clean or nice. 1 staff was nice (arriving night at 11pm), but the rest were not. There were bleach runs on the art over the bed.

I had to change rooms three times roaches in my first room, television didn’t work in the second room, and it was just dirty also I have pictures of everything the third room the tile on the floor was sunk in, and I was just tired of being put in something that was as bad as the first, I will not sleep in the bed fear of taking something on my cruise, I’m just exhausted with everything I feel like this has ruined my vacation!!!!!

The hotel was fine for its category. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a quiet stay. Overall, the hotel was well-kept and the staff was friendly. It is also conveniently located near shops and very close to the airport. The main issue I had was with the pool: it was dirty, with hair extensions and false eyelashes floating in the water, as well as a lot of plant debris at the bottom. I wanted to take a swim, but after walking around and seeing all that dirt, I lost interest. The water didn’t even seem to be chlorinated. Other than that, the hotel was just average.

This place was very quiet and friendly staff was the guy at the front desk. I didn’t to call one of the shopping stores and he tried to assist me. My husband also said he was very helpful. The rates are affordable also.

We spent at the airport in Miami two hours waiting for the shuttle bus and nobody pick up. I call multiple time to the front desk to check the status about the bus pick up but the front desk guy have a terrible attitude and respond the he don’t know when the bus will be at the airport. I have to take a uber and a spent 20 dollars to transport to the hotel. Me and my family when arrived at the hotel the bathroom was dirty and the WiFi never work. This is the bad experience we had in this hotel.

This hotel is in a sketchy area and there are unsavory people walking around everywhere outside. There are different buildings to get to the main lobby. We did not feel safe having to do that.

Friendly service at the reception. The room was ok for an overnight stay. The shuttle bus only operates between 6am and 11pm so if you flight is delayed or you have a 7am flight like we did, you will had to get a $21 solar ride to the airport with Uber.
