Centrally located in Miami's Little Havana neighborhood. Minutes from Downtown(1.7 mile), Coconut Grove(1.7 mile), Coral Gables(1.5 mile), Key Biscayne (1.5 mile) Miami Beach (6 mile), and airport(3 mile). Walking distance to Coral Way and world famous, Calle Ocho(1/2 mile).
The space

The home offers a master bedroom with King size bed, second bedroom with a Full/twin bunkbed and twin bed, 2-living rooms with big screen tv's. The home has a full kitchen, dining room, and work space with desk and screen. Look around you will find games, kids toys, standup paddle boards, beach towels and chairs, pack-n-play and high chair, and plenty of space to relax with friends and family. Note that the top-bunk bed twin is not suited for an adult.

You will have full access to the house, garage, and driveway. Excludes the backyard. The back yard is occupied with a cottage and tenant that you will hardly notice. Structures are free-standing and separate.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a desk.
