Amazing stay

Stayed here for my bachelorette with 17 girls and we had the best time. There were enough beds for everyone, the space was super clean, and the host hooked us up with an epic boat. Would definitely recommend this for a big group trip.

Property is good and location is very convenient. Overall we enjoy our stay and time in the property. Only couple of oversights to look after: Property was clean; however bedsheets in some rooms did not look properly clean, there was even a piece of gum stuck in one of them. So we had to wash them before use. The only other issue is the parking as there is no available free parking on the streen as stated in the posting (you need a permit) and paid parking in nearby streets is limited for a couple of hours at a time and gets expensive.

Great for large group

We had a bachelor party with 13 of us staying here and it accomodated all of us very well. Backyard and hot tub was a nice touch and we spent a lot of time out there. Inside was spacious enough for us all to hang out together. Kitchen was well stocked (only missing an oven, which was strange!). Overall, good place for the price in Miami.

Amazing roomy house

The house is very spacious. It could easily sleep 20 people. It has a Casita that sleeps 5 people and another area that sleeps 7-8 plus 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds each. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. It does have a hot tub, but we did jot use it. The backyard is very relaxing, specially with the water future. The area is very central close to the shops and markets. We would definitely come back.

Bachelorette Trip

Casa Verde was the absolute perfect house for our Miami Bachelorette Trip. The location of the house was near all the hot spots that Miami has to offer. Any questions that needed to be answered during our stay were handled in a quick and timely response. We had 14 women and the house was a great place for us. I highly recommend this house for your Miami stay.

A Luxurious Oasis in Miami's Design District

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house within walking distance of Miami's vibrant Design District, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. Situated just north of the Design District, it offers a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. It was my first visit to the Design District and I must say it is brimming with art galleries, upscale boutiques, and trendy restaurants, making it a paradise for those seeking a stylish and cultural experience. Moreover, the proximity of the house to downtown Miami and its iconic attractions is an added bonus. The house itself has some thoughtful touches that create an inviting and luxurious ambiance. The interior is elegantly furnished, combining modern aesthetics with comfort. The spacious living areas provide ample room for relaxation and entertainment. I must commend the property management team for their exceptional service. They were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. From the initial booking process to the checkout, their attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel truly valued as a guest. I would definitely stay here again as it is a great value.
