Close to downtown coral gables. Property was in good shape.

We were greeted by an active cockroach upon entering the home. The hallway bathroom was in disrepair, towel bar was stripped out of the wall and the other half of the shower door was missing. The property appears to have a drain fly issue as well and we had to wear shoes or socks inside at all times to avoid very dirty feet. The backyard area did not match the posted photos at all.

Perfect Getaway

House is cute and updated. Had a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, great location! The backyard was cute and perfect to gather and have a cup of coffee. The only slight negative was the pool was too cold to get in. However, we are adults and I don't think kids would notice. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place

My two daughters and I met in Miami (from Tucson, Omaha and Scottsdale) for the Taylor swift concert. We really enjoyed your place! We left a bead set to be used by future guests with children, also updated some spices / sugar. A couple tips to make it even better for others - We could not find pot holders for taking things out of the oven, also would have done a better job of emptying the fridge etc but there were no more trash bags that we could find (sorry!). We purchased sponges for the kitchen - strongly advise having a new sponge for each next guest since sponges are germ magnets (4/$1.25 at Dollar Tree). Also, the smart device in the family room would beep at various times of the day or night telling us it needed new batteries or something - maybe get that taken care of for next guests 😉. My youngest daughter has celiac disease so we needed to have anything with gluten be separate from her and avoid cross contamination. Many families deal with similar allergies. One thing we truly appreciated was a couple of the metal utensils for Cooking. Plastic is unsafe for celiacs due to cross contamination and is also unadvised for use with high temps in general so we appreciated the metal.
