Great location to the beach with easy access. Also, walkable to multiple grocery stores and eateries. Very clean and well maintained with a well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook like me. The only negative was the construction that was going on at the build itself, but did not play a huge role in our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids). The location was perfect and made everything so easy for us. We especially loved the easy access to both the pool and the beach, which was ideal with kids. One thing we really appreciated compared to some other condos we’ve stayed in was that we never had to wait long for the elevator, which made getting back and forth with beach bags and kids so much easier. The location near the boardwalk was another huge plus — close to everything while still feeling comfortable and convenient for our family.Overall, a great spot for a family beach trip!

Great spot. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool. Wonderful for families. Some difficulty with check in. Only valet parking is available. The building was under construction which caused it to be very loud in our unit and at the pool. We could not use the balcony because of construction.

We had a great stay. Viktor was an excellent host with clear and prompt communication. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured, and the location was perfect—an easy walking distance to the public beach. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything we used worked properly. We especially appreciated the Keurig and the fridge with water and ice. Having beach chairs available was a huge bonus. We would happily stay here again.
