This place is located in a very nice and convenient spot. The staff was awesome and the room was amazing. Very modern.

Cleaning services were not daily but by request requiring 24 hour notice. They do not vacum the floor it was dirty when we arrived and old fries were behind the bed. Resturant and bar were closed due to COVID but they advertise it as open. Only 2 elevators for the entire building and housekeeping uses it too. So you have to wait 10 to 15 for an elevator. Customer Service was horrible. I thought based on the photos and desription I was getting a suite with kitchen and washer/dryer but when I got there relized I only had the superior with a double bed. Another guest at checkin had the same issue. I had surgery in FL so I hoped to have the suite so it would be more accomodating. My husband worked with Manager and offerred to pay for upgrade but no suites were available. We were there 12 days. Room was only cleaned 3 times because of the 24 hour request and due to the not showing up for one of the scheduled cleanings. They only gave us 2 towels. We had to call and request more. You have to take your own trash out and drop it in the hutch at the end of the hallway because again cleaning is on request only. We had all white bed linen including comforter. Because I was in bed for several days I had spilled coffee and juice on mine. There were small stains. House keeping kept putting same comforter back on beds. I had to request they put clean comforter on my bed. Walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors.

The rooms are FILTHY. They had to change us to a different room because the first one looked like someone threw-up. We never received the proper towels. Cleanliness of this hotel is beyond bad. There are only 2 elevators and it was super slow. Not a great experience here. Believe the reviews don’t stay here

I booked this trip through Orbitz I'm a gold member with them and I booked this vip access hotel. I stayed four nights here I'm glad I didn't stay any longer. This hotel/resort definitely proceeds themselves as luxury but this hotel is definitely mediocre. I had booked two rooms upon arrival I had VIP check in which totally felt like regular check in nothing special. They definitely don't train their staff I had a couple of questions and the front desk response "let me text my manager to find out because I'm not too sure". Upon checking in as well we weren't informed on any amenities or how to even book these amenities if you didn't ask they didn't tell. I had two rooms that were double beds one of the rooms only had ONE TOWEL for a double room that sleeps four people doesn't make any sense at all. We were told the next day after we didn't get our rooms cleaned that we needed to book housekeeping to come because of Covid which is understandable. We book the cleaning and they only cleaned ONE of our rooms! They are completely unorganized. We had a great view from our room and that was literally the only plus. There was only one trash can in our room which was in the bathroom and that was it. Also you could see the stains in the carpet they made a bad choice choosing such light carpet.
