The custom estate comes with everything expected from a luxury home such as superior construction, open spaces, top of the line finishes and spectacular views. It's a 5 bedroom 5/ 1/2 bathroom.

The private dock w/ boat lift shares more than 125 feet of water frontage. The Island is Police guarded and offers a basketball court, tennis court and children's playground. Currently rented through end of September.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
