Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Roaches (5 to be exact )in sink first upon check in to the first room, second room we saw baby roaches in the bathroom.no dish soap provided. No housekeeping provided. We had to go downstairs to exchange our dirty towels for clean ones. Mold in ducts The view was nice.

Seacoast Miami Not what we expected!

The 2 bedroom I reserved was supposed to be front balcony ocean view and we got a balcony on side view and it was horrible, construction on side buliding very noising,and dusty... it was very disappointing after the office did not accommodate the room we reserved!- the kitchen was missing plates, glasses, pots & pans, utensils... we had to go buy , we could not cook!- bedroom carpets were not so cleaned..-the Pool was very disappointing,., security use to kick us out of the pool at 8:30pm, thats not accepatable..-Pool Towel girl that worked there give us hard time never wanted to give us the towel to exchange next day. VERY BAD SERVICE!! had to complain at the office serval time!!The beach was the worst!! The Beach guys with the lounge chairs use to come kick us out of the chair at 5:00pm that was ridiculous!! Everyone complained!!!I got informed other hotels nearby they came pick up the lounge chairs at 7:00pm!! and pool could stayed until 8pm!!!

Property was outdated with multiple layers of paint covering wall and ceiling damage. The kitchen had no towels, soap, or adequate cooking supplies. Carpet was disgusting with little to no decor. Pool was dirty and rusted. I would not recommend and will NOT return.

L'emplacement offre une vue magnifique, la superficie du logement est correcte et le personnel est très aimable, en particulier un jeune employé parlant français.Cependant, j'ai été confronté à un problème majeur : la présence de cafards. La cuisine de notre suite, la 5G, était infestée de ces insectes. J'ai signalé ce problème et demandé à changer de chambre, mais ma requête n'a été acceptée que quatre jours plus tard.Compte tenu du prix payé, je trouve inacceptable de rencontrer de tels désagréments.
