Stay away from this property and any other Bernardo is the host

I have stayed at many VRBO’s and This experience was by far the worst. The host Bernardo was unreachable. The only way I could get his attention was with the help from VRBO. We never got a code to the lock box for the key and the night we checked in both myself and your help desk could not contact him. We got very lucky that we guessed the code that got us the key. When we got in it was obvious that no one had been there for awhile. It was dirty and the oven and washing machines did not work. The door to the bathroom did not close as it was warped and we had a major issues with ants. After two days we were able to contact Bernardo and it took two more days to get things cleaned up which was the day before we were leaving. Bernardo also promised us a partial refund which he has not delivered on. Stay far away from this host and any apartment he hosts.

Excellent. Clean, comfortable, great neighborhood.

Comfortable beds, very clean.Walmart on next block, had morning coffee and breakfast in. Great clay water filtration pot, no need to buy bottled water. Chkd out and left bags in locked locker prior to flight. Keys in lock box, get combo from Bernardo and wifi password. Eat at Rosetta. I highly recommend this place.
