Nice, clean, apartment-style room in a great location. Surrounded by great restaurants. We had a two-room apartment with a full bathroom in each room, a kitchen with two burners, and a washer and dryer. We also had a small living room with a wide-screen TV mounted on the wall. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a no-frills property for people that want a secure, clean, quiet place to stay in a great location. I never thought I would use the washer or dryer but on our last day we returned from a tour with a bunch of wet clothes. We were able to get everything perfectly dry before packing. We plan to stay here again!

This was my first time staying in the Polanco area, it was upscale and luxurious, as was the Masaryk123 apartment. There is a staffed front desk that is helpful. The apartment is fully furnished with kitchen and washer and dryer. Additionally, they have a super relaxing hot tub on the roof as well as a running track, and fireplace lounge area.... over the top but perfect. The location is exceptional, the Chapultepec park, which includes the anthropology museum, is a short walk away. Every night I was able to walk to amazing restaurants.... I will definitely make this my first choice when booking my next trip to CDMX.

Wonderful property - very clean and within walking distance to some excellent restaurants and attractions. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, just keep in mind that they only speak Spanish so for foreigners coming to this place make sure you can communicate clearly in the native language! :)

The property is very modern and clean. It’s located in a a safe and beautiful neighborhood. The Beverly Hills of Mexico City. Our apartment was comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was that the staff spoke little to no English. That made communication difficult but I guess nowadays you can use Google Translate. Overall a very good stay.
