Staff is Courteous, professional, service oriented. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Went with friends and occupied a total of three rooms and all were very happy. Hotel is in great location accessible to all areas and AWAY from area usually used for manifestations. Another of our friends stayed in the area of El Ángel or el Paseo de la Reforma and could not leave the area due to a turmoil.
