Staff is awesome. The guys in the front desk are so nice and Ale. The hotel is nice. Modern well located. I’d definitely recommend it
First the staff was kind and attentive. They went out of their way to make our stay so much better. We got there at 7am and they held our luggage until checkin so we could explore the city without carrying it around. Breakfast was very good and a great way to get the day started. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Mexico City.
This place was perfect for a female solo traveler. I was very pleased with staff and the accommodations. The entrance is tight, but the room is average size- so do not let the entrance fool you. The location of the hotel wasn't too bad either. I took ubers throughout the city and had no problem getting around.
Good location. 10 minutes walking to US embassy. Liked the kitchen area, had a sliding door to close off if needed. Staff was very friendly and actually upgraded our room so we could be on the same floor. And let us have a late check out, and leave our vehicle while waiting for a same day passport. Parking lot is right next to hotel in a secure area.
I loved the location of this hotel, very nice area of Mexico City, close to some of the popular locations in the city. Also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, one meal we didn’t have to worry about and we got to start our day off well.
This hotel is gem. We got there and was greeted right away. Quick check in process. The breakfast is perfect before a long day of sightseeing. Me and my friend stayed in separate rooms. My friend got a room facing the street with great views. It ended up being very noisy and they moved my friend to a room in the back. On our fourth day there, me and my friend got our phones stolen on the metro. We came back to the hotel and tried taking care of things over the computer. The staff was so thoughtful and knew we were upset and they brought up a second computer so my friend and I could take care of things at the same time. That is service! This hotel staff were amazing. Thank you!
Fantastic value. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast provided every morning. Room was comfortable and secure. Only complaint with the room was street noise all night. Most nights this wasn't a huge problem, but some nights there was a jackhammer running all night (not the hotel's fault of course). The hotel also gave us two bottles of water every day, a nice added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
