Perfect location, friendly staff

The hotel itself was clean and the employees at the reception were amazing. Very friendly and professional. They helped us all the time. The bedsheet of the room were stained ( there was some ink and other food stains). Everyday we were short of towels and they didn't refill the toilet paper. We would call the receptionist and it would be delivered right away. Location is perfect and plenty of stores, food and malls nearby. Very safe all day all night. Will stay again.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente, pero las habitaciones estan algo sucias y descuidadas. Las toallas estan percudidas y se ven viejas. El lavabo tenia una gotera. No habia ganchos para colgar la ropa (aunque si nos prestaron ganchos despues de pedirlos en recepcion). En general se ve que la hace falta algo de mantenimiento.
