El departamento, dista mucho de ser un loft de lujo, el mobiliario es viejo y descuidado; las sabanas de las camas, están viejas y percudidas. El acceso e inicio del proceso de acceso es estrictamente a las 3 pm Tiene muy buena ubicación y el portero fue muy amable

MALAS CONDICIONES DE DEPTARTAMENTO

A la mera hora el mismo día que era mi llegada. Me dijeron que el depto no estaba disponible que porque hubo un corto circuito y que me iban a cambiar a uno “mejor”. Que para empezar estuvo pésimo porque sin preguntarme ni decirme me impuso a donde me iba a cambiar, como viaje de trabajo y estaba cansado acepté sin pensar. Al llegar al “mejor” departamento el dueño me recibió y se hizo el graciosito diciéndome “hasta saliste ganon te vas a quedar en uno que es más caro” muy fuera de lugar y corriente el comentario del dueño. El “mejor” departamento estaba en muy malas condiciones pisos rotos con clavos salidos peligrosisimo, baños con mucha humedad y sin mantenimiento, muebles rasgados, el sillón embarrado con manchas y roto, las ventanas con el mosquitero roto horrible y pésimo. De verdad muy desagradable y nunca más volvería ni lo recomendaría.
