Our first stay in Mexico City. Great area, lots of cafes and bars close by and we felt very safe. Even at night. The apartment was very clean and very well maintained. It was very comfortable and all the space was very welcome after a long day. Ubers typically quick to arrive. The owners were wonderful to work with, very polite and very timely in communicating. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great location in Condesa. Apartment clean. Views of other apartments and building walls only. Small issues fixed very quickly. Ran completely out of water middle of night but fixed by the morning. Hot water works occasionally. Bed firm but comfortable. 2 2 glasses, 2 flutes, a couple plates and a few forks/spoons/ knives. No AC but fan which used a small extension cord from the TV. Terrible coffee in two nearest restaurants which opened at 7:30 and 8 am earliest (vaguely on time) but great pastries and bread. ****NOTE**** the gas stove, and inexplicably the gas hot water heater, vented directly into the kitchen! Hot water heater venting like that not legal here in Canada. The air in CDMX is bad enough (AQI registering Hazardous ever day and night there) and thin…adding CO to the room air mix will challenge your breathing.

The area feels safe and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. It is good to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. However, the walls in the building are thin and you could hear noise from outside easily. Also the description for Superior Apartment that we booked says there is a queen bed and a double bed but the two beds in the apartment are of the same size and quite small. Also there are no blackout curtains as described. There is also a lack of space to dry your clothes after washing as some clothes are not appropriate for tumble drying.
